Cayman Reef Resort # 21/Oceanfront, Unique location, directly on 7 mile beach , overlooks [ 25 steps] one of the finest beaches in the Caribbean and the crystal-clear waters of the Cayman Islands.
Great snorkeling right in front of the condo. Located within proximity to all your favorite water sports activities, restaurants, bars, theaters, and evening entertainment. Walking distance to Camana Bay , with its great
outdoors area of stores , restaurants, wine bar, cinema and Bay market. This is a beautiful one bedroom, one bath ocean front ground floor condominium. Also, a Queen size inflatable mattress. A state-of-the-art supermarket is just ten minutes away and there are three shopping centers within a quarter mile. Many restaurants are within walking distance. A minibus serving George Town (one mile away) passes every 15 minutes on West Bay Road near the condo.

This is an ocean front one bedroom ,one bath (754 sq. ft.) condo [ on the more private side of the complex] with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, new updated shower and private screened porch for al fresco dining. There is a King bed in the bedroom, Italian leather sofa and leather recliner chair in the living room, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The condo also has cable TV, and free wireless Internet, Magic Jack phone for free calls to the U.S. and Canada and elec. patio grill in the unit.

Washer and dryer are in the condo, with all linens (including beach towels) provided. You'll also have access to a fresh water swimming pool, private white sand beach, lounge chairs, and tennis court.
Watch a magnificent sunset from the beach.{ 25 steps from the unit} Take a sail on a catamaran, or a trip to Sting Ray City.
We have a UNIQUE location, on more quite side with a 3 level, all marble private home next door..
We have updated the condo- it is perfect place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Note: We can have beach change or erosion, but the beach returns.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Cayman Reef Resort #21. It had the all the amenities you need in a condo and the location was great. We were in walking distance from so many restaurant options, the supermarket, and snorkeling gear rentals. We also loved the ocean views and sunsets.

Beautiful view!

We had a great time staying here. The water view was great and we had some awesome sunsets. The place was very clean and well maintained. This condo had everything one would need for cooking and drinking. The location was great!

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I went to the Cayman celebrating our anniversary and the place worked great. The living room couch is literally like 20 feet from the ocean water and the views at night were spectacular. George a.k.a. Chip provided great communication and was quick to respond with any questions. Not only would I recommend this spot and the island to others. I’ve already recommended to my father.

Great views and location

Everything in this condo was perfect. We spent mornings on the screen porch with wonderful ocean views! The unit was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the grocery store.

Wonderful condo

We had a great week at this charming condo. The location is great - easy driving to most places on the island but not too busy. The beach in front of the property has mostly eroded, but it's still great for swimming/snorkeling, and it's a short walk from the property to a proper sandy beach.The condo was well provisioned, and everything worked pretty much fine. It was nice having a washer and drier as well. The host was helpful, welcoming and communicative. We'd happily stay again!

7 Mile Beach

We spent a week here, it was beautiful- loved the privacy we had with this condo location. The condo was set up nicely - we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The beach was a short walk as it’s eroded away directly in front of the condo (not the condos fault) but it was very nice to sit with the waves along the sea wall.

Its a great location. you can walk to Caymana Bay, the grocery store, about 20 restaurants and there is a liquor store across the street. Only negative is the once beautiful beach has eroded away. Some say its coming back, others say it never will.

20th Anniversary Getaway

We had the most amazing stay! I can't say enough about how wonderful our vacation was at this slice of island heaven. The view was perfect, the condo was exactly what I was hoping for. Harold made sure we had everything we needed. Before our stay was over, we already decided we were coming back to this very place. We felt so at home, it made celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary something I will never forget. :-)

The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Opening the curtains to see the view of the ocean just steps away was amazing. The water was calm when we arrived, the white sand beach was perfect. We went snorkelling out front. Throughout the week the water became rougher and at the end of our stay there were big waves hitting the sea wall. Still beautiful & entertaining! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Great central location. We rented a car so we could heach hop since the beach in front of the resort was eroded. We had originally chose the Cayman Reef resort as the pictures showed a beautiful beach which is what was we were looking for. Unfortunately due to a few storms the beach has been washed away. That being said, the day we left, the seas calmed down and people were snorkeling and paddle boarding out front. The unit is on a private side of the resort. Harold was a pleasure to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Dissapointing end to 10 days in Grand Cayman.

The ocean front location and view were honestly the only 2 positives. My wife and I both said the unit is in desperate need of modernisation as I'm pretty sure it's all original. The kitchen cupboards are caked with gunk, so many appliances are old and rusty and much of the furniture is from the 1980 when I grew up. The beach was stunning but hard to get a seat due to the erosion, we didn't cook inside once as we were both a little grossed out at the state of the unit, it represents some of the worst value for money I've spent on my travels to 40+ countries. After spending a week in rum point at a beautiful ocean front condo I'm quite dissapointed this is the end of the trip we will think of. Definitely better value for money options elsewhere on 7MB.
