The master bedroom is a spacious haven featuring a comfy king-size bed, beach and Caribbean sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers ample space with two cozy twin beds and its own attached guest bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, with a drip coffee maker and a living area that offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views. There is natural Cayman lava rock at the water's edge and an easy access ladder into the turquoise sea for fabulous snorkelling and swimming in the calm, warm waters. Enjoy the best snorkelling on 7 Mile Beach. The Wreck of the Gamma is a short swim from the condo. There are plentiful coral heads and an abundance of sea life!  There is snorkel equipment provided for the guests' use!

Beach/pool lover?

Lounge on the uncrowded beach, head to our freshwater pool, or walk up the luxurious white-sand 7-mile beach. The beach by the condo is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reefs and rocks washed ashore. Relax on one of several beach loungers while soaking in the view of passing boats and breathtaking sunsets.

Tennis/Pickle Ball anyone?

The Georgetown Villas tennis court is configured for both tennis and pickleball and is complimentary for our guests.

Water Sports:

The main attraction on the island is the water sports activities. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing, and jet skis. Snorkelling and diving on the island are considered to be some of the best in the world.

Grand Cayman Getaway

The property was even better than shown in the pictures! The location was perfect, close to restaurants and grocery store, and we enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right off the beach. The Condo was well furnished with everything. The management person (Sonya) was there to welcome us when we arrived and answered a lot of our questions. Fantastic place

Thanksgiving Stay

My wife and I spent 2 weeks here over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Everything was super clean! The porch was great for watching cruise ships and sunsets. We enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right off the beach. There are nice sandy areas for getting in the water as well as ladders on walkways that made it easy access getting in and out. There is a nice ship wreck just down the beach that I went to several time in super clear water with lots of fish to see. Always plenty of parking. Two nice grocery stores were very close by and rival any of the store in the USA. Both less than 5 minutes away by car. Highly recommend this condo for a great stay.

They had everything we could have wanted and more!

We have stayed at Georgetown Villas many times in the past, but had never stayed at this particular condo # 203. If you’ve ever been to the Cayman Islands, you realize it’s very expensive to stay there, but when you can eat in and offset the food cost, you can justify it! This condo had everything that traditionally is in a condo, but had plenty of paper products, nice appliances, plenty of fresh new spices, lots of dishwasher liquid and laundry supplies. These owners thought about every single thing that anyone could want and it was there! Snorkeling equipment and a portable cooler, plenty of linens and complimentary wine and fabric steamer were just a few of the items we used! We were amazed because not only did I bring my own foil, ziploc bags and spices to save a little money, it was already there! We will forever stay at this condo as long as it’s available because the thoughtfulness that has gone into every single detail. By the way the views are beautiful and the condo was very clean and neat.

Gorgeous condo!

This was our first time in Cayman. We loved it here. The condo was first class - it has everything you could possibly need, and a beautiful view of the ocean right from your patio. It is within walking distance to Kirk's Market, a great grocery store, and walking distance to some great restaurants and beautiful beach areas. We would definitely stay here again!
