This condo at Sunset Cove is a 3 BR, 2 bathrooms Ocean front unit on the third floor with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Daily rental rates shown are for up to 6 persons with beds (Adults/Teenagers) and maximum occupancy allowed for up to 8 persons (meaning smaller children for the additional two guest) Extra persons are $30/night/person.

We stayed at this property with family and were very impressed. Unit was private, quiet and has incredible ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen had everything we need, and laundry in unit was so helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a great time staying at this property in Cayman. Condo was perfect for our needs with TV, internet and great views of the ocean. The pool was great for my 6 year old and the ocean area with the cove was great on the windy wavy days. Would come back and stay again in a heart beat.

A Great condo, complex with nice pool and man made beach,and awesome sunsets. Only a couple items were not 100% ideal. The unit was very far from the parking lot and it is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator so many steps with full hands all the time. The second thing is the units looks like it’s used hard and often so it could use a deep cleaning.

Great condo right on SMB. Cannot beat the view from the huge balcony! Very nice pool, pool bar, and beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Very well stocked unit. Maybe a little dated, but overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay in Grand Cayman!

We loved this unit, the location, and property! The beach here is the best on all of Seven Mile Beach. Plenty of room for us 4 adults and 1 toddler. Excellent complex; featuring a beautiful beach and swimming cove, large and clean full size and kiddie pools, and delicious and convenient swim-up bar & grille. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to returning soon!

Amazing condo, perfect location!

We spent 10 days as a multi generational family in this beautiful apartment. The views from the balcony were spectacular. Joe has thought of everything with a fully equipped kitchen and Laundry facilities. The parking was easy and the beach and pool were everything we could have hoped for. The beds were comfortable and the responsive air con and good quality shower were very welcome after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here when we visit again. Great condo and complex for families

Condo has been recently remodeled as described (newer appliances and kitchen). Layout works well and the patio adds space (and awesome view). The cove is nice for a family as well as the pool. The larger section of 7MB is a short walk, which is worth noting.
