Wonderful property for a large family, there was so much space! Cabin was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be staying at the property again in the future!
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! The house was very nice and extremely beautiful!! We had several kids that absolutely loved the games! We had plenty of room and space! Would absolutely recommend this and would definitely stay here again!
Cabin is Beautiful! Plenty of room for our family and it was great having all the kids/grandkids together! The Cabin is in Need of a Good Deep Cleaning!! Ms Donna was quick to respond!
Great for a big group! We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything. Spacious & perfect for a mountain getaway.
My only complaint is that there were no extras - meaning no shampoo, conditioner, dishsoap, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc., we had to buy all those things for our stay. If you’re going with a big group you will probably also run out of towels.
Otherwise, it was great!

Family Vacation at The Good Times
There was old coffee with mold in the coffee pot. Bees, wasps, flies and dirt upstairs everywhere. The outside porches hadn't been swept in month.
But the rest of the house was awesome. Many games to play and the lay out was good. The beds need updates and some mattresses need replaced s

Nice home
This house has lots of room!
Needs maintenance
Toilet upstars needs fixed
Shower downstairs does not drain well
Spindles on deck railing falling out
Multiple light bulbs were out
Trash was never picked up till thursday, had 2 cans for our party out of 6 for the week we were there
Door code malfunction 3 days after we were there
Dishwasher had clean dishes but dishes were not put away when we arrived
Under beds, very dirty
Cleaning price charged to customers is way over priced, for that price i would not expect cobwebs dust and
A refund for the cleaning expense should be refunded.
Location and space are nice. Home sleeps 16 comfortably without feeling crowded. 3 full bathrooms but upstairs bathtub had a VERY SLOW drain making it impossible to use. (I read about this in one of the comments so I inquired about this before arrival and was told it would be fixed). The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and I was told I was wrong. The bulbs in the overhead lights were all out except one. This was addressed and quickly fixed.

It was ok, has plumbing issues
The house itself was great. We had 12 people staying with us with all ages ranging from 5-80. Our 5 kids absolutely loved all the games and the adults loved the pool table and poker table. There was also a extra room that wasnt listed and our kids loved playing in it. The house was at a great location and the house had plenty of yard for kids to run.
The main problem we had was the plumbing. Day one, we had issues with water leaking from upstairs bathroom, toilets not flushing, and showers backing up. We ended up leaving our trip early due to not being able to shower and use the restrooms. I reached out to the host several times with little to no response. I am not one to complain, ever! But we was all upset we couldnt really enjoy the house or our trip due to worrying about water leaks and backed up sewage.
Our family of 10 stayed at this cabin in Oct & loved it! Our ages range from 65-2 & it was perfect for everyone. As with all cabins there were pros & cons but we have decided to stay here again on our next visit. Out of all of the cabins we've stayed at, this was our favorite. Starting with the cons- make sure to bring hand, laundry & dish soap as well as dishwasher pods, extra towels, toilet paper & paper towels if you stay more than a couple of nights. The hall shower downstairs leaked from under the shower door & we had to dry the rug in the floor everyday & switch it out with towelsas it got soaked. There is also no bench or shelves in that shower so shaving & having room for everyone's shower necessities was difficult but we made it work. The upstairs shower had very little water pressure so most everyone used the 2 showers downstairs. The host can be a little late in responding to messages but we didn't need anything while we were there. Pros- there was so much room & we weren't on top of each other. The fire pit was used a few times & had plenty of seating. There were 2 refrigerators which really came in handy & 2 of the rooms were on the main level which was a huge plus for us. The "game" space upstairs was used every night & our favorite spot. The drive to the parkway was not bad at all & we passed kroger & Dollar General everyday so we were able to stop often when we needed things. There is also a bonus room upstairs that we didn't know about that had a bed in it.
PROS: Tons of space inside/out.Lots of ceiling & floor fans.Nicely decorated/comfortable seating & beds on both levels. Big closets.Lots of space in kitchen & at dining table (but not for our group of 16). UPSTAIRS: sitting/game area were amazing. Kept older kids ages 2-9 entertained as well as adults. 2 huge bedrooms. Shared bathroom w/dual sinks; nice but small. Bedrooms downstairs & bathrooms were nice. Big laundry room w/extra fridge. Nice backyard/plenty of parking.Hot tub nice/beautiful fire pit area (too hot for our use-summer). Made use of screened porch; missing a door however. A giant black bear sauntered thru yard! & other bears witnessed during our week (cool to see). Nice neighborhood/area/pool. Highly recommend arriving in the daylight; winding narrow roads.
CONS: #1 kitchen definitely was not cleaned well. While there was no food in fridge it was not wiped down; spills & food particles on all shelving/in drawers. Water pooled on bottom shelf do to ice build up on back wall. #2 some food left in pantry (while signage prohibits) & sink drain had hunk of dried food. #3 both entry doors (w/deadbolts) easily opened by 2 yr.old. PLEASE ADD flip locks up high to prevent-very dangerous for littles. #4 no use of front porch as it was extremely dirty. Tons of dead bugs/spiders, cobwebs in window frames, corners, under and on rocking chair. #5 front stone steps (while beautiful) are too dangerous; a whole section of one step broken away & a fall hazard (hard to navigate).
The cabin was located in a wonderful spot, was very clean and suited everyone perfectly. Only downfall it needed a few more cooking utensils and bigger pots and pans for cooking but overall was wonderful.
A group of us from our church rented out this cabin and were blown away with what we got. A great cabin in a great location. We couldn't get the hot tub to be as hot as we like since the screen wouldn't work, but overall still a great stay.
My family of 11 fit very comfortably in the cabin and was very clean and in good shape. The only issue we had is the upstairs bathroom shower didn’t work due to a broken knob and there is absolutely no checking in before 4pm. Other than that the cabin is GORGEOUS! Very well equipped and perfect location. Definitely recommend.
It’s a great place, good location.. Lots of room to hang out in and sleeps many. The queen bunks X2 were awesome!! Loved having king beds for the couples. The bed slept good. The game room was a big hit for all ages. Making s’mores by the fire pit was a nice relaxing down time after a long day exploring the area. The grands said we should make this a tradition to come back each year. They loved it!
We all had a great time!! Cabin was easy to find,In a good neighborhood , nice flat area for parking. Weather was great, it snowed a little. Only problem, need new cookware, and the back door lock still doesn’t work right. But the front one is fixed and works great. We Loved are stay!!

Cabin review
Property ok.
Leaks in upstairs bathroom/shower so down to only 2 showers for all guest the last 2 days of stay.
Only 1 bath towel per guest so laundry needed to be done a few times during the week.
This cabin is beautiful with a ton of space for everyone. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet with plenty of space for your things. The grounds were amazing. I think the kids would have been content to stay at the cabin the entire vacation! There were a few items that were missing if you want to pack them: There were only 4 spoons and there were no oven mitts, but we were able to make due. The upstairs has two bedrooms that sleep 12 people, but there is only one bathroom, so that is somewhat inconvenient, but again, we made it work. We will certainly consider staying here again!!
We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The pictures do this cabin no justice. It is beautiful and spacious enough for our whole family!! We enjoyed Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kroger is less than 10 minutes away, Pigeon Forge Parkway is less than 15 minutes away.
We did leave through the night before our last morning because it was raining and temperatures were supposed to drop below 30. There is one little hill that we were concerned about just before getting to the cabin since we did not have 4-wheel drive. Ice on the road might have been a problem, snow probably not, but ice might would have made that hill tough.
Also, I had questions about the route to take going in on the first day and the communication was great. My questions were answered quickly and perfectly!!
I recommend taking a trip to this beautiful cabin! You will not be disappointed!!
This was an extended family vacation including my father&mother-in-law, sister&brother-in-law & 22yo nephew as well as my husband and our 5 boys ages 16,13,11,10 & 5. The house was a perfect fit. My husband’s parents took the master, his sister & her husband took the other king room on the main floor. The rest of us were upstairs, the 2 sets of queen bunks were a perfect fit for our boys and the futon in its own little room was perfect for our adult nephew. The extra queen in our room came in handy for when our 5yo decided to crawl into bed with us!😉. We loved the big table we were all able to fit around for family meals. The games were enjoyed by kids and adults; and having the nice sized yard for our boys to run around and play catch and then relax in the hot tub or around the fire pit was wonderful. The neighborhood was beautiful, we enjoyed the nature path down by the pond. The location was nice, not a bad drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Did not realize that the house was as far up in the mountains as it really is, the amount of yard made that deceiving, but not disappointed in the least! Thank you so much for providing a wonderful mountain escape for the week!

Didn’t live up to the reviews
First off the property was in a nice area, secluded at the end of a dead end street which was nice to not have cars going by all day. The overall house was nice, with plenty of room for our party of 12. Upon checking in the fireplace worked for about 15 minutes and then quit. The owner had someone come out and they advised that the propane tank was empty and needed to be filled. On day 2 of our stay the upstairs bathroom toilet stared to leak into the laundry room & foyer below. Upon contacting the owner, they were to have someone come out the next day but no one showed up and the owner quit responding to my inquiries. At this point we had 12 people using two bathrooms. Lastly on our third day, we discovered a patch of black mold in the master bedroom bathroom, and efforts to get a response from the owner were unsuccessful. It’s also with noting that a previous review mentioned the condition of the cookware and how the non-stick was missing all overs and coming loose if you tried to use. The owner advised in that review that they would have it replaced, but that has yet to happen.
