The main level has the living room, kitchen and dining area as an open floor plan with a loft overhead. The living room is spacious with comfortable furnishings. Mountain Serenity is equipped with high-speed satellite internet, as well as a gas fireplace for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for breakfast, lunch, dinner and holiday gathering meals, offering microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven with built-in air fryer, stove and cookware. One bedroom is on the main floor and features a king-sized bed and its own private bathroom. The first deck is on this level and wraps around the house.

The upstairs is a loft that features both a semi-bedroom and a small nook with an additional futon bed and setup better accommodating for children. This level has its own bathroom.

The downstairs is an alternate living room space and game room that is awesome for families of young and older kids (or other adults, as preferences go). This level has a set of bunk beds in the main room, a pool table, a TV for movies and game consoles (there is a PlayStation 2 console already here), a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the couch, board games, and its own bathroom. The washer and dryer is on this level. The downstairs deck features the private hot tub.
