This property was exactly what my wife and I needed. Felt like a home away from home. Very peaceful and secluded. Look forward to staying again in the very near future.
The property was beautiful, the only complaint was there was a slight urine smell in the bedrooms. The rest of the cabin was fine, it was just in the bedrooms. Other than that, the cabin was clean and well taken care of. The cabin is easy to find but be warned the road is very curvy. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub & pool table. The cabin is a short drive to Pigeon Forge so we took in the Pirate show, it was OK. We usually go to the Hatfield & McKoy show when in Pigeon Forge, in our opinion the show & the food are better at the H&M show. We also went to Cherokee to do a lttle shopping. A lot of our time was spent riding through the mountain pass between PF, Gaitlinburg & Cherokee looking at the scenery as the leaves were changing. It was beautiful. This is our favorite area to visit so we will certainly be back!
It was a short drive to main strip at Pigeon Forge. Cabin was at the end of a road, very quiet, private, wooded, peaceful area. Cabin was well equipped & clean. Would stay there again.
The reservation process was easy, and I appreciated the emailed check-in/out instructions. It was a breeze to check-in and check out. The cabin itself was just as described, and perfect for our family of four. It was great to come back to it after a busy day of sightseeing, exploring, and shopping. There was enough room for all of us to hang out together or spread out alone. Definitely a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the pretty views!

Stay at the cabin was great but the company was not good.
I rented this cabin for a 2 day stay. I received a call from employees within the cabin rental agency who told me I was not allowed to stay due to “being a college stduent”. After tell them that I was receiving my PhD they still proceeded to completely lie to myself and my sister who is older telling us that the contract specifically said they “do not rent to anyone with an EDU email address”. They kept telling us this was in the contract (one individual was Tiffany and then there were two others we spoke with). We reviewed said contract and there was absolutely nothing in there stating anything about the “type of email addresses” they accepted and did not accept. They lied. They completely discriminated against us saying that we were “college students” when they never once asked in the first place. They refunded the money we PAID and then called us to tell us why. Completely disrespectful and a sad representation of the company.
Luckily we finally got a representative (I have totally spaced on her name and I hate that because she was so nice and amazing) who helped us. She told us this in fact was no where in the contract and she apologized for what happened. She even offered some free aquarium tickets for our trouble. The cabin was beautiful and great. We just wish none of this would have happened in the first place and we hope this happens to no one else in the future. It put us in a weird position financially as the money was refunded on a Thursday afternoon but we still had to repay again for the stay.
Its definitely a long drive up the mountain because this thing seems like its at the very top. Very last cabin at a dead end. But, we liked it. A lot of privacy, no view of anything but we didn't care. Very clean and has everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Right in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Probably a 5 minute drive each way from the bottom of the mountain so it has a really good location.

Nice stay with improvements!
The good.....Great location! A few short minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Good communication with booking agent. All necessary items in cabin. Porch, grill, and hot tub were very nice. The bad.....could have been cleaner, lots of cob webs. Not efficient space for the pool table. Pull out couch DEFINITELY needs updating, and could use brighter lighting. Little pricey for what u get, but overall satisfied.
