I was skeptical to book here after reading some reviews, but, I will say: 1. I did not see any type of bugs (stink bugs, roaches, etc) in my room or anywhere on the property, contrary to some reviews I seen so those people must have gotten a room after someone else that had roaches in their belongings when they came in or something. I do not believe the property has a bug problem. 2. The front desk lady was very nice, I had no issues at check in or out. 3. Ice machine was working. 4. The room was what I would expect for what I paid for it. We had a perfectly fine stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and much better than I anticipated. The best part of my stay was the staff; they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They really made the experience a positive one. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place with excellent customer service, I’d definitely recommend giving this hotel a chance.

My room had a double bed but they squeezed it in the room so you were unable to close the bathroom door. When I arrived the room was hotter than the temperature outside which was in the 90’s…took hours to cool off… Neighbors were loud all night for 2 nights…parking was difficult…other than that the staff was nice ..

Close to Dollywood, check in was easy. Room was clean but had a funky smell - almost like someone had pets in there - not the end of the world and we may not have noticed but it was pretty hot and humid when we arrived and the a/c was off so the room was quite hot. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels and bathroom were all clean and nice. Continental breakfast was a little lacking - scrambled eggs, toast, waffles and cereal and a very small eating space. Didn’t have time to swim but the pool looked decent.

Our room was completely hot upon arrival. The air conditioner wasn’t even running and it was 100 degrees out. Also we have two kids who couldn’t watch but two cartoon channels on the tv and they didn’t like what was on. Would make it easier if you were allowed to watch different Roku apps. Other than that staff was helpful and it was rather clean.
