While my VRBO listing is new, I’ve been renting on other platforms for a few years Escape to RidgeView Cabin, a beautifully renovated retreat nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. Wake up to breathtaking long-range mountain views—just an 8-minute drive to top attractions! Cozy cabin with a total of 1200 sq ft of living space, but feels much larger thanks to its cathedral vaulted ceiling.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Towels: Please put used towels in the bathroom Sheets: Please leave all bedding ON BEDS. No removing bedding necessary Dishes: Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and run before checkout.
Turn off all faucets and set hottub temp to 80F, put the hotub cover back and lock For summer, set AC to 80f. For winter months near freezing temp: let the kitchen faucet slow drip and AC set to 60F
Garbage: Please put garbage in the garbage bags provided and put it in the garbage cans in the bear-proof cage. DO NOT forget to secure the cage. DO NOT put any garbage outside of the bear-proof cage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
