About this property

Come relax with us at our fully restored farm house.

  • Whaley Room and Board is a completely renovated farmhouse located minutes from the Sevierville Convention Center, Wilderness at the Smokies, and the new Soaky Mountain Waterpark. This home has a very unique story. The previous owner's were Dolly Parton's Aunt and Uncle. Dolly would go to her Aunt and Uncle's home after school and record in the soundproof upstairs bedroom. You will find Dolly folk art throughout the farmhouse and the memories she made there live on.
