It’s Sweater Weather: Cozy 2-bedroom cabin between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

  • "Our Happy Place" is a beautiful cabin located in the Wildwood Forest community conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This great location is a Smoky Mountains vacation getaway and provides quick access to attractions, shows, restaurants, and more.

    This cabin is privately owned and managed, our only cabin. There is a lot of extra care to details. The cabin is decorated for the fall and winter holidays.

    This 2-story cabin offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests! The main level of your resort cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and family dining area for enjoyable meals together. In the living room, nice amenities include a gas fireplace, 50' flat screen TV, and queen sleeper sofa providing the perfect space for entertainment. The main-level's bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic queen-size bed, 55' flat screen TV and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic king size bed and offers a full private bathroom and 55' flat screen TV.

    The upstairs loft/game room includes a newly resurfaced pool table and video games. The outside porch has a beautiful mountain view and hot tub to relax in after a busy day!

    The cabin is professionally cleaned after each stay and includes clean bedding, ample towels, wash cloths, and hot tub towels.

    ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING: The entry is up one step from driveway with room for 2 vehicles

    ROADS/DRIVING CONDITIONS: Publicly maintained, smoothly paved, asphalt road leading to cabin. The drive does include some inclines and is windy. Four-wheel drive is not necessary under normal conditions.

We had the best stay and enjoyed the cabin for our week in Sevierville! The location was perfectly centered between all of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions. The cabin had everything we needed!

Excellent, Excellent. Everything was perfect, Cabin was SO nice and everything was exactly as stated. Communication was one of the best we ever experienced. All the little extras throughout the cabin were really appreciated. Snacks,coffee bar, toiletries, fireplace, hot tub,and pool table. You can tell the new owners love the cabin too. A true mountain experience.

Such a wonderful stay!

We had a great time on our trip! Our kids were so sad to leave. The cabin was clean and just as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the linens were awesome! Location to everything was great and the area was quiet. We definitely will be back to stay here again!

Quiet and Peaceful

The cabin was in the middle of the woods which provided a nice private and peaceful atmosphere. Amenities were nice and made the stay very comfortable. Overall, would recommend to stay in this cabin to anyone, you will enjoy your time here.

Cozy Cabin Definitely Bookmarking For Future Stay

Cabin was very easy to get to, my kids ages 6 and 9 loved it! We stayed here so we could enjoy the mountains and go to Dollywood which was close and by easy to navigate to. Only thing we wish was different was that we could stay longer! :)

Long needed vacation

This property is perfect if you want to get away from the “busy” stuff in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. Far enough away but close enough to every thing. Property is well kept and clean and the owners are super responsive with any questions. Definitely will return….

Beautiful and good location

Perfect location right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Had difficulty finding it on the first night would not recommend trying to find it in the dark. Very clean and comfy beds. Had a bear climb a tree to forage and eat while we were in the hot tub! Saw 4 bears during our stay. Only recommendation would be to bring your own towel for the hot tub.

Close But Far Enough Away

The cabin had a great location with easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and GSMNP. Everything was as advertised and exactly what we were expecting. Check in was super easy (access code) so we were able to unload and get situated quickly. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay just outside of town. Quick tip: If you have kids wanting to play the arcade console upstairs, you have to use both white buttons to get out of demo mode and select a game to play.

Great location!

We loved the location proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Cabin was very clean and has a good amount of supplies you will need. The floor plan is good with the loft game room. Hot tub is also very private with beautiful views on the back deck. Grill situation is not ideal and parking is tight. But we prepared for these. Only complaint is the creaky second floor. We have stayed in a lot cabins in the area over the years and the creaky floor boards in this one were frustrating. And I know there is no good solution, so I just share that in case it’s helpful. Owner is very responsive, we saw bears two different days, and it was a great stay!
