This home was beautiful with a beautiful view! The hosts were very welcoming. A beautiful basket of treats, pancake mix, and other items was left on the large kitchen island. We were there for the Thanksgiving Holiday, and there was a large foil pan, a large roll of foil, and a turkey baster in the basket. This was very thoughtful. The home was perfect for our family, as everyone had their own room and bathroom. There were two cozy living spaces for us to enjoy the pool table, video game, and large televisions.
House was great. The comforters need to ne washed and we didnt have wifi, which was bad because our kids missed their homework. Other than that the house and view was beautiful!
We had a great stay, beautiful house and close to gatlinburg for restaurants and other activities. The driveway was a steep hill, but it’s expected in the mountains. Would come back!
House had plenty of space for the 9 people in our party. Very clean. Far enough away from all the craziness in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but still close enough.
The location is great, the mountain views are spectacular, the beds are very comfortable and the showers are great! The photos online accurately depict the home. We had a few issues during our stay and the property team addressed them in a timely fashion. It must be noted that all of the bathrooms have pocket doors and different members of our party got trapped in 3 out of the 5 bathrooms at different times. You cannot close the door all the way and get back out without assistance from someone on the other side. In order to maintain privacy, we would lock the bedroom door and leave the bathroom door open. This is not always convenient with 12 people staying in one home. The kitchen amenities were sufficient. The large kitchen table and outdoor space on the porch were the primary hang out spots for the adults. The upstairs room has one sofa and therefore only the kids were able to enjoy that space. The bench on the lower level of the kitchen would be more well utilized as a storage pantry or perhaps with a couple of high top tables and chairs. It is certainly not comfortable for seating. Overall a great time was had once we learned to work around the issues.
The house was great for us! Enjoyed the views and space. Would be nice to have a couch or more comfortable chairs in the kitchen area around the tv. Also, there were no potholders which we needed when cooking. Otherwise, this was a wonderful space for our family and we enjoyed ringing in the new year in a quiet and serene atmosphere.

Check-in was pretty straightforward except for the cleaners still being there when we arrived, so we had to wait outside for a while. At least we knew it was clean. In addition, maintenance came to fix something about 3 hours after we checked in.

We should’ve known there’d be issues when, the day before arrival, we were told the washer wasn’t working. Since we’d already left, there wasn’t much we could do. Our two main “must-haves” when booking were a washer/dryer and an outdoor fire pit. Finding out the washer was broken—with no repair expected during our 7-day stay—was frustrating enough. When we arrived, there was no fire pit despite it being clearly shown and described in the listing. After reaching out, we were told one no longer exists and wouldn’t be replaced—one of the main reasons we booked this home. The house itself has an odd layout, with everything spread out and no great space to gather. The game room/living room looks fun but is directly attached to the kids’ bunk room, which doesn’t have a door—so once the kids go to bed, that space can’t really be used. To make matters worse, the TV in that room went out on our first day and wasn’t replaced for three days.We were given a minimal 140 refund—less than 5% of our total cost—for losing both the washer and the fire pit. Other issues included poor Wi-Fi (making TVs unusable many nights), several dead outlets, a difficult front door lock, mold and mildew in the showers (one didn’t drain), and a Keurig that rarely worked even after troubleshooting issues.Pros: every room had its own bathroom, the kitchen had great appliances and a nice fridge, and the hot tub was enjoyable.Would not recommend at this price point. Very disappointing.
