1: Cancellation OR Rebooking of reservation 60 days/or more prior to the arrival date: A monetary refund less a 20% Cancel Rebooking fee will be refunded within 30 days.

2. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival.

Absolutely No monetary refund for any reason. This includes adverse weather conditions, acts of God, Mechanical failures at the cabin, any health/personal reasons, no shows or shortened stays. We recommend you purchase trip insurance. This is the best way to protect your investment.

You can purchase insurance for approx 5% of your rental cost.

Booking on line Trip insurance is automatic if you choose.

3. Cancellation within the 60 days of reservation: No insurance purchased.

If I am able to re-book the time you reserved, I will send you a refund less a rebook processing fee.

The cabin was exactly what we needed! Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen items, clean bathrooms! Just a minutes from Dollywood and other activities. The cabin was at the end of our cul-de-sac so it was a perfect location and easy to get out of. We really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was clean & comfortable. The decor added to the overall 'getaway' feel! Easy check-in and checkout process. My dogs were comfortable and felt at home. I highly recommend!

Great Cabin

This cabin worked well for our family. It was super close to Dollywood and the main strip for food. We enjoyed our stay. For the most part everything was clean. We did have a trash issue with the bins outside being full, but communicated with the property owner and had a resolution. We would stay here again!

Fall break getaway with family

We absolutely loved our first VRBO experience at this cabin. It was exactly as described. Brittney was great at communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again. Our family loved the coziness of this cabin and the convenience of all the nearby attractions. The hot tub was a definite hit with our family.

Great location

Our family of 4 had an enjoyable stay at the cabin. There were some issues that the owner was responsive about correcting. Others, like the slow internet, noisy ceiling fans, malfunctioning hot tub, didn't bother us too much but would have been nice to use. Hidden Springs is a great location for visiting Dollywood and Pigeon Forge!

Great Location

Great Location, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to many activities. Great communication! Kids loved the bottom and jacuzzi. Just missing some staples…No extra trash bags, no hand soap at any sink, paper towels almost empty with no extra, no dish cloth or sponge to wash dishes. All minor but we did have to stop at a store to grab some of these things. We would still stay again.

Mountain retreat

From inquiry to check-in Brittney was helpful and responsive. The cabin was clean and nicely appointed with basics. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Brittney was very accommodating with our request regarding pets (exotic bird and dogs). I'm sure there aren't many people asking to bring their bird and she didn't miss a beat. The pet deposit was very fair. The cabin is secluded and quiet. You can see the fireworks nightly from Dollywood which was a nice bonus. The community pool is a quick car ride down the mountain. I wouldn't say it is walkable, it is steep windy road. You're far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that it doesn't seem tedious to drive into Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. We would definitely stay again should we venture back to Tennessee.

Overall, the cabin was fine for what we needed - a place to sleep. The property was well stocked with supplies and was in a convenient location to Dollywood. We had some issues with check-in and cleanliness, but the host addressed both of those promptly. As someone with young children, I appreciate the cabin being one story.

Loved the location to all attractions. The start of our trip was rocky but worked out well for us in the end. Seeing the fireworks every night was a hit with all ages. I would stay again.

This cabin has a great location in a quiet community. It is spacious enough for 2 couples and comfortable. We stayed here a few years ago and you can tell it needs a little TLC. Communication this time was much different, and I had to leave repeated messages to get the codes for cabin and condo. I would probably rent again.

Amazing location!

This is a great rental property. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items (pans, dishes, etc). Nice quiet back deck with hot tub. The location was great. You literally just go about a mile past the entrance of Dollywood and a couple quick turns and a gate later you are there. Central to everything!

Nice cabin

Unit could use a little updating but it was fine for our needs. Most of our time with the Grandkids was spent at Dollywood and other attractions so the location was perfect!
