This cabin was perfect for my family. It was easily accessible, comfortable, spacious and full of fun. My children loved the theater room, pool table, games and hot tub. The cabin was also well stocked with special touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Our familyā€™s most important factor when we stay somewhere is cleanliness. We could smell the cleaner when we arrived and we found a very clean place to stay while in town. The cleaners definitely need to be bragged on. Maggie was quick to respond, gave great check in, check out instructions and even gave us pointers on different areas of the cabin. She even ordered up snow flurries and a light show for our stay(Pictured). We will definitely be booking this cabin again for our next trip to Pigeon Forge. The Boger Family(NC)

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin! My husband and I were looking for a 4 day stay somewhere close to the main strip that had games and a hot tub. This cabin is amazing. Beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub, the movie room, and played shuffleboard tournaments all four days. Close to the main strip. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place in the mountains but close to fun

We needed a last minute spring break location and this home was the most pleasant surprise. Not only was the house completely clean and maintained but the communications with the hosts were excellent. Our kids had a ton to do and we had so much room. This house could easily hold multiple families. We will definitely be back!

Restful and Refreshing!

From the moment we pulled in and saw the cabin was named ā€œBe Our Guestā€ we felt welcomed to enter and relax. The views were so beautiful on each level, and the rocking chairs invited us to sit and unwind. The cabin was clean and amenities were provided as well as plenty of games. We hope to stay again!

Very spacious cabin in great location

Our family really enjoyed our stay and would book again. Check in was super easy, the place was clean and a good mix of high enough to have a nice view but not too terrifying to drive to. Inside was very spacious and felt welcoming. My kids loved the upstairs area that catered to children with games, bunk beds, etc. Only things to keep in mind is to bring your own soap for showering and you need to have your own streaming subscriptions if you want to watch TV or use the theatre

Nice Getaway

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. You are so close to the many attractions that is offered. Also it stormed really bad one day and we ended up playing pool, shuffle board, watching a movie ect. So itā€™s plenty to do if you donā€™t wonā€™t to leave, and felt very safe as well. Even though we had a little hiccup trying to get in the owner was very accessible and made sure that our needs were met. If your family and pets are looking for a nice getaway you will definitely enjoy.

Perfect Vacation

This property is beautiful, comfortable, clean , and well stocked with dishes and everything you need to do your own cooking. If you are looking for a place to keep your older children busy this is it. They have their own room stocked with games to play and keep them from getting bored. Plus, a theater with real theater seats. Also, I could not figure out how to get in and the owner personally helped us. Pick this house you will not be disappointed!

FABULOUS

We just returned from the most incredible family vacation at this stunning house! As vacation rental owners ourselves, we were blown away by the exceptional experience. From the initial communication with the management to the amazing amenities, everything was perfect. The view is breathtaking, the house is fabulous, and the movie theater is a fantastic touch. Our teenagers and their friends had the time of their lives on the 3rd floor, which was like a private retreat with games, a cozy couch, TV, and plenty of beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room is gorgeous with a stunning view. We can't wait to come back next year! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Be Our Guest Cabin Stay

Cabin was super lovely! So clean and well presented. The attention to detail with the cute bear photos around the cabin was fun! My kids and my friendā€™s kids really enjoyed the arcade games and the movie theater. The beds were big and comfy. My little dog enjoyed the space and was easy to take him out for potty breaks. We figured out it was much easier to take a left from the community entrance over to wears valley road and then to the parkway to go places. Thereā€™s a Kroger and Publix near there. Close to all the things. DoorDash delivers. The views were lovely! Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay overall

Communication with Maggie was great, she responded promptly when I had a question and was very friendly. The cabin was pretty much just as described, and just a few miles the parkway and attractions. A couple of the blankets smelled a little musty, but everything else seemed to be very clean. We did bring our 2 small dogs with us (Yorkies under 10 lbs for size reference). The stairs were a bit steep for them leading to the upstairs loft area so we had to carry them up and down when we went. We did end up having to put baby gates up (which the owners had there) to keep them from trying to go up or down, as one of our dogs took a tumble on the first day we arrived. Thankfully she was ok just startled. Iā€™m not blaming anyone here as it was no oneā€™s fault. Our dog took off before any of us could catch her; Iā€™m just wanting to bring awareness here. If you have small dogs or children, but the baby gates up first! Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect!!

We were all very happy with the beautiful cabin. It met our needs so well with our large group. Two families slept upstairs in the loft area with plenty of space to put out a couple of air mattresses. Then we put another air mattress in the theater room. The kitchen was well stocked and good cooking necessities, with lots of plates which we used a lot. lol. The views were beautiful for the winter season and i am sure gorgeous in the fall! The drive from pigeon forge was the best ever cause we donā€™t like curvy roads (motion sickness runs in our family), and this was perfect! The large table was nice too. And the porches!! The hosts were very accessible when we had any questions and have been very delightful to work with! Hopefully we can come back to pigeon forge before another twenty years!!! Great place to stay!!! Ten stars!!

Smoky Mountain Vacation!

We had a minor leak right at check in. It happens. The owner Gabe contacted me right away. He assured me that he had already contacted a technician and then texted me less than an hour that the repair was fixed and we had no further issues with the leak. Super fast owner response! The location is perfect for Pigeon Forge, Publix is just 10 minutes away, there are 3 massive decks outback. Every floor has a large deck. We did not use the hot tub but it appeared to be clean. We did not use the BBQ grill, sadly the previous guest left it a mess. We would prefer a gas grill though next time. Overall, even with the (minor) leak this is a place we would rent again.

Beautiful views, especially of the neighbors.

What we liked: The property was nice and clean when we arrived. As we had arrived earlier than expected, the hosts were able to get us checked in a little earlier which we appreciated. Easily accessible roads took you into town in just a few minutes which was very convenient. Relaxing views greeted us every morning. There were lots of things to do in the cabin if we had chosen to stay in. The not so great: The beds. We stayed at the cabin with 4 adults and used 3 beds. Our adult son thought the bed downstairs was good. Our elderly mom/mother-inlaw didnt find the bed on the main level comfortable at all. My wife and i stayed up in the gameroom and found the bed very uncomfortable. Due to its location in the cabin the head of the bed slants down so it feels like the blood is rushing to your head. No problem, we simply turned around and put our head at the foot of the bed. However, it was still not comfy. The worst part was the lack of blinds on any of the windows up on the top floor. Not only was the sun a problem but the lights from the cabin next door were as well. Our favorite part, however, was the view our neighbors up the hill had straight into the cabin with direct line of site to our bed. That was a little odd. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the Smokies, as we always do, but probably will look elsewhere for a different xabin as resting is important on a vacation.
