Welcome to What A View, a 7-bedroom luxury cabin that sleeps up to 32 guests. It provides the perfect space to bring your entire family together.

Located in the beautiful Black Bear Ridge Resort you will be just a few short miles away from all Pigeon Forge has to offer.

This exclusive log cabin community provides the perfect base for spending your days exploring then heading back to the cabin for a little peace and tranquility.

Just imagine sipping your morning coffee peacefully from one of the 5 decks while enjoying the stunning mountain views or relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while breathing in the invigorating mountain air.

Unwind together…

Two large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

Everyone will love their accommodations in one of our 7 bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped. We offer 5 king suites and two bunk rooms, and each room benefits from its own ensuite bathroom. There is also an additional full bath in the game room and half bath on the main level. When you stay at What A View there’s no arguing over who has the best bedroom – they’re all the best!

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu. The over-sized dining table provide plenty of space for your entire family to break bread together.

When you’re not out exploring all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, you can spend time chilling and chatting, challenging one another to a game of pool shuffleboard or watching your favorite movie in the theater room equipped with projector screen, surround sound and tiered theater seating.

Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience free admissions to some of the area's most popular attractions are included - with a daily value of $640. You will receive one free ticket per day per group to each of the following: Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Skyland Ranch, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Beyond the Lens, Country Tonite, Big Creek Expeditions, Top Jump, Crave Golf, Paula Deen’s Adventure Park, Legacy Zipline, Alcatraz East Crime Museum, Rocky Top Coaster, Rowdy Bear Snow Park, Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Comedy Barn and The Grand Majestic Theater. What a View

A beautiful clean cabin and easy to get to. We’ve been coming to the area for many years and have been so disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the furniture. If you book this cabin you will not be disappointed! The view is beautiful as well.

We stayed at What A View cabin. It was clean and roomy. It had a beautiful view from the balcony. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property manager responded quickly when I texted her. It was a great cabin and we all had a great time there. Would highly recommend it.

THANK YOU for such a wonderful place to stay. We had all we needed. We bought paper products and such before we arrived, but did not need any of it I don’t believe. The home was clean and we were checked on each day to make sure we were all good. Many thanks again.

Very pleased with the size, layout, and location of this cabin. Huge dining table that all 14 of us could sit around. 7 bedrooms (including 2 bunk rooms) allowed for each family to pick a floor and have privacy. Thomas Rentals very responsive with issues/questions. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location

The house was as described on VRBO. The upper level was fairly warm making sleeping difficult for the family members on that level. The owner/manager brought fans by after a few days and that helped. The house had a lot of activitiea for the kids to do inside as play areas

Our stay was excellent. We had a very large group with several kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Booking was easy and checking in was super easy. The home for the most part was very clean however we did have to wait an extra hour to check in while housekeeping was finishing up and this was a little difficult with 4 kids waiting to go inside. As far as mostly very clean, the only complaint is that some of the dishes were not completely clean and we planned to cook several meals there so we had to wash dishes before using them Also, there is visible mold in the showers where you turn on the faucets and I felt like these could be cleaned or replaced

Absolutely perfect!

Thomas Rentals were the best group we have ever worked with! This is an annual trip for our youth and this is the first time we have stayed with Thomas Rentals. They were excellent from the start. They immediately communicated with us and checked in with us consistently. They even gave us updates and offered to allow us to stay an additional day because of winter weather moving in! We will definitely be staying with them in the future! They are awesome! Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to make memories and grow closer to God staying in your beautiful cabin!

Our family of 20 traveled from Lebanon, TN to Sevierville for our family reunion. We ranged in ages 18 months to 85 years old. We were very pleased with the the space. The cabin accommodated "hang out" space for all of us. We enjoy cooking together while on vacation, so we really appreciated the kitchen, eating space with the huge table and counter space, 2 refrigerators, extra dishes, flatware, and cookware. The hot tube was a treat for relaxing!!! We enjoyed the great views from the decks as well! The youth enjoyed the game room. We all enjoyed the theater room! The manager was constantly in contact with me via text thru out the stay. The cabin is conveniently located near the attractions and stores. There was plenty of parking at the cabin. A few updates would make the cabin really great, but overall we had no complaints. Thanks so much!
