About this property

Gorgeous 5BR-7ba cabin; Theatre room, huge game room, close to everything!

  • Welcome to Time Out! This cabin has a beautiful open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and tons of natural light. There are 5 bedrooms- each with a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tubs. There is also an additional half bathroom on the main level, as well as another half bathroom on the lower level. The top level of the home has 2 king suites as well as a loft/sitting area/office area. The main level has a large kitchen with all the amenities, a large living room with new couches as well as a big screen smart tv, and a laundry room. There are also 2 more king bedrooms suites on this level. Then head downstairs to the game room, where you'll find a pool table, DoubleShot basketball game, Golden Tee, fooseball, air hockey, board games and a hot tub on the back deck. There is a separate living area with a large screen tv, AND a theatre room. There is also a 2nd kitchen and a 5th king bedroom suite, again with it's own private bathroom. ALL FIVE bedrooms in this cabin also have their own private outdoor balconies. This cabin is truly beautiful, and it's very centrally located to shopping, dining and entertainment. You won't be disappointed!

Wedding weekend

This property worked so well for our short visit for a family wedding in the area. Hope to one day plan for a longer visit. The property manager was very together with communication and it was a very easy and comfortable trip.

Great house for a large group!

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Our group consisted of people from 27 years old up to 90 - plenty of space to hang out together. There is a lot to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is also plenty to do at the house - large game room with a bar and a theater room to watch football! All in all a great place to vacation.

Our family of four generations loved our time at this cabin! It is so beautiful. It was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed all the games and the theater room. Communication with Sierra was great. Great cabin close to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg!

This is our 2nd time staying at the "Time Out" cabin. It works perfectly for our group of friends/family. We love that the bedrooms all have king beds and jacuzzis. The hot tub, movie theatre, game room, and large dining table are also a hit! The cabin is located in a great area to access both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again! :)

Family vacation

The property was as described. It was easy to find and in the perfect location for going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. My whole family was able to stay all together in the cabin with plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed having our own space but also big enough spaces for us to all be in one room. Property manager was quick to respond and get immediately get a plumber on site to fix a leaking faucet handle we noticed shortly after arriving. We definitely would stay here again

Girls Trip 2025

The property was just as listed in the bio. We had our annual girls trip and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the cabin had to offer. The only problems were 1. they didn't want you to stream on their Wi-Fi so you had to use your own hotspot 2. there was an infestation of stink bugs and lady bugs. Overall it was a beautiful cabin and I would definitely stay there again.

Grandma's 85th birthday celebration

Our family rented the cabin for 5 nights. It was really nice that each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom as well as having the 2 extra half baths. We utilized the sofa beds which worked out nicely too. We cooked our meals 4 nights out of the 5 and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice having the crockpots and larger pots since we had a big group. We had a couple small issues which we addressed with Sierra and she was fast to respond with a resolution. The kids really enjoyed the game room and we also watched a movie together in the movie room. We had a nice time and the cabin worked well for us. Our vacation ended with snow on the last day so it was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Time Out

Beautiful home. Great location. On the mountain but not so far that you can’t run to the store for something. Great layout. 2 upper bedrooms and loft area with pullout couch. 2 main floor bedrooms with stocked kitchen and plenty of living room seating. Lower level had 1 bedroom and a pullout couch in game room area. Theater room with new couches is also downstairs. Small kitchenette downstairs with bar area. Manager was super fast to respond when I had questions. Some things I brought to her attention after we left that I’m sure will be resolved: upstairs freezer had a water line leak which has affected the floor under it, possible mold above 1 shower, jets didn’t work in 1 tub and the gas grill needs replaced. It is not safe for use. The downstairs freezer was left open and the fridge was definitely not wiped down by the cleaning staff. One thing that is note worthy is that they ask you to connect your phone to the tv to stream anything because they only have dsl. As a side note: I loved that the linens were nice. They weren’t the typical white, nasty reused linens you find in a lot of rentals. I would absolutely rent this home again. It is by far our favorite we have rented since we started coming to the area 6 years ago.

Disappointed/ Embarrassed

Some couples in our Marriage group take a yearly trip to get away and refresh and reflect on our marriage. The cabin’s layout was perfect because it had five master bedrooms. But the cabin wasn’t cleaned, we found mole, dishwasher dispenser broken, filter hadn’t been changed since January ( it was documented), shower curtain liners were ripped, rings around the toilet bowls, hot tub was damaged on the outside (busted cabinet looked like it had been smashed, could see wires but owner thought we’d take her word on it being safe), chair in theatre room broken, screen to back porch ripped! I texted the owner but she said everything wrong had to be reported in 24 hours. It hold her I should not have to go in and do a thorough inspection, the cabin should of been as the pictures were online. We rented in good faith that the cabin would be clean & no repairs needed. It was so much until we took pictures and sent to her. We paid her the asking rental price and had to deal with all the problems we encountered. She refused to do anything about our inconveniences and aggravation on the condition of this property. It was totally embarrassing for my husband and I. We go to the smoky mountains every year to retreat and have stayed in other locations but never have had any problems such as we encountered at cabin “Time Out”. Usually property owners try to make make up for their slackness by discounting but this lady didn’t seem to care about our vacation not being relaxing and enjoyable.

We have 5 families in our family (Mom & Dad, four children and their children). Each family had their own master suite. The space was very accommodating, as was the host. It is very well stocked. I highly recommend this for large groups/families.

While I enjoyed time spent with my family, the fireplaces were out of propane, the hot tub did not work, and for the first day none of the jets in any of the bathtubs did not work. The owner was very insensitive to compensating me for nothing working on our trip. While this cabin is usually highly rated, our experience was not good and this was my grandchildren’s requested gift for Christmas. Will not stay again at this particular cabin because the owner did not seem to care at all when things went wrong.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is in a great location. We have some people who get motion sickness but this home was easily accessible. All 5 bedrooms are the same with closets and a private bathroom with a tub and separate shower. The children enjoyed the games.

The cabin and layout was great. We really enjoyed that each bed room had their own rub and shower. The hot tub worked great. The proximity to shopping, food, and attractions was a huge bonus for us. It was clean upon arrival, but I felt like it wasn’t super deep cleaned as just walking around our feet became super dirty quickly. Only downfall was 10am checkout and not being able to stream movies without using your own service especially with a movie room.
