    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

    Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

    We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

    This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The place was amazing. The view from the cabin is unreal. It was also very nice having no neighbors. I highly recommend this cabin!

Great Time Snowed In

Company did amazing job plowing and salting our entrance and winding road to the property which was greatly appreciated. Only had a few issues with freezing water pipes, heated pool and working the gas powered cooking stations outside, but all in all we had a great time!

The property was very nice, you are in the middle of nowhere, so if you were loud, it's not a problem. I loved that the pool house is separated from the house. We also had a visitor (a bear), I wish I could attach the video. We were sitting on the back porch and when we saw it. We took video inside the house through the window. The only minor thing was, the cabin could have a little cleaner. There were flies in the master bedroom in the tub. Also the driveway to get to the gate is like a roller coaster. I would rent again though.

July family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Web site pictures were deceiving and need to be updated as to how the property actually is. Updating of two of the shared bathrooms upstairs and master bathroom needed as well as bed comforters. Outdoor patio chairs needed to be replaced and outdoor weeding round the house was needed. Outdoor fountain wasn’t running. For the cost of the house and pictures from website we expected better. Also, the driveway up to the house was treacherous as it was tight curves and narrow with no way to pass a car coming the opposite direction. The location as far as Mountain View’s was great, kitchen was well supplied with cookware and having three refrigerators was great. Closeness to activities and parks was also good.Maintenance people were quick to reply the three times we called them and very friendly.

Reviewer Comments: The views and the overall house was good but upon arrival there were hazardous personal item left in the bathrooms and outside. Also the grills were not cleaned and beer cans were on the back deck. There was hair on the floors in certain rooms as well. We could never get internet to work upstairs, it only worked downstairs for 1 day and the outside lights to cook on the grill did not work. To pay this much for this type of service is unacceptable and I would suggest people choose another house. The customer service did not care to compensate for anything. BE careful of the tiny road leading up to the house, it is dangerous with no guard rails.

Overall had a great time but the house needs an overhaul cleaning wise and updated master bathroom very old and toilet had puke or something on the base. Wouldn’t book again for the price we paid for 4 days . ($9200) . Recommend reducing the price or putting money into the property.

There’s a fire pit and hot tub there which are very nice. However, the house itself needs attention. The home needs a proper deep clean. We spent the first few hours cleaning the kitchen- dirty refrigerator shelves, dirty silverware trays, dirty microwave glass with a gross film on it etc. The bathrooms were not up to par. One shower had mold everywhere and one toilet made a loud screeching noise constantly. The bottom of the toilets were nasty. The rugs in the master are filthy and not washed between guests. The bedroom upstairs with 4 king bags where the kids stayed was very dirty under the beds. Our kids had toys roll under and there was food, empty drink bottles, random shorts etc. The house is huge so the cleaning crew is surface cleaning at best. The gate was broken and we constantly had to fill the pool up - it appears to have a leak. I’ve given this feedback to management in the past that they need to clean their homes better. They have amazing properties but they are slowing going downhill.Basically if you don’t mind spending a little time cleaning or you aren’t bothered by some dirt, I’m sure you’d have a great stay. The location is perfect and overall our family had a great time.

The views are so incredible and we spent as much time as we could on the large patio by the pool house but were limited by the oppressive heat. Something to consider if you are booking in the summer. There is a corn hole game but one side is broken, we brought our own so no big deal. The kitchen was very well appointed and we had everything we needed for large meals. There was plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed. The basketball “court” is more like a basketball wall, be careful as we had a few balls roll off the edge of the area and had to climb to retrieve them but the kids still had plenty of fun with it.Our biggest disappointment was the pool. I picked this house because of the pool and assumed even if it was really hot out we could spend a lot of time swimming. Unknown to us in advance, the heater was broken and the water temp was 79 degrees, too cold for the adults but the smaller kids splashed around a bit. Since the pool is indoors it doesn’t get warmed by the sun. It is a drive to any hikes because of the location of the house (not to mention difficult for our smaller children) and we would have spent a lot of time swimming and hanging in the pool house (which was lovely) so that was a big disappointment for us. The pool house has a theatre set up which would have been great but you can’t see the screen during the day because the room is well lit and by the time it’s dark enough to see the screen the smaller kids have gone to sleep. Nothing to be done about that, just something to keep in mind. Lots of room for our group in the house even though the bathroom set up wasn’t great, several couples had to share the small bathrooms but it wasn’t a deal breaker and we made out fine. Overall it was a great house and a nice place for a gathering. Customer service was outstanding throughout our stay!

Mtn mansion

The view was pretty but it was a little pricey for what it is. The heated pool was why we booked and invited family for the stay. Whatever kept the pool hot kicked the bucket and we had a freezing cold pool for the kids to enjoy for about 5 mins due to how cold it was. We planned on staying and letting the kids enjoy the amenities but nothing seemed to be working. Pool table was off along with the game machine not working. Definitely a bummer for the price tag
