Our family usually travels to Florida in October for fall break but decided to cut our drive to a fraction and chose to spend it in the beautiful Smokey Mountains, instead.
The cabin is beautiful, very clean and has absolutely gorgeous views over Pigeon Forge and of the sunsets. The hot tub is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. There is an Xbox, Foosball and board games, and we have made some great new memories. The property is close enough to the strip to be there in a few minutes without the constant noise from the main drag. So many towels! This was a nice bonus. The fireplace was amazing.
The only cons we could find is that (at no fault of the host) is that 1. the cabin is very close to the two surrounding cabins (we could hear the neighbors all night) and 2. the pool is not heated, as advertised. Now, I knew it was not secluded when I booked. But chose to do so for the heated pool, as we are water dogs (which is why we usually go to Florida). I contacted host and was informed that property management would check it. We checked the pool each day after and it was never warm. There was another family at the pool on the second day, sitting on the edge with only their feet in. They were confused, as well, as their cabin host had also listed a heated pool as an amenity.
If a heated pool is not important to you, I would very much recommend this cabin. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. Overall, we had a great time!
