Our Cozy home is situated in the beautiful mountains of the East Tennessee area. Located at just under 3 miles to Pigeon Forge, 15 miles from Gatlinburg, and 9 miles to the heart of Sevierville we are close enough to enjoy everything on your list! 4 season home with 1100sq. feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accommodates 6. Large deck with outdoor furniture and greenery provided, Game Room for kids, BBQ grill and Outdoor fire pit available, situated on a private lot surrounded by nature.

We had lovely time staying at Maria's place in the Smokies! It's so cute and tucked away in the woods away from all the hustle and bustle. We made a fire and roasted marshmellow's under a blanket of stars and enjoyed some great quality family time. Maria's place has a fully stocked kitchen that we utilized every day. It was very clean and organized when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Lovely place. Quiet (if you're not with us rowdy 65 year-olds who still act like we're 21. LOL) House is on a slight incline, so walking up the walkway was a little bit of a challenge, but otherwise wonderful location. A reflective device would be helpful to find the driveway at night. Sorry about not being able to submit pictures. All pictures are on another's phone. But trust me, we had a great time!!!

Beautiful and Comfy

This property is setting in a beautiful location. The listing is just like the pictures online and has everything a family could need for a stay in the Smoky Mountains. It was also very clean, probably one of the cleanest our family has stayed in. It has a spacious area outside for a campfire or kids to play and the game shed was a hit for our kids. The check-in and out process was easy. We also had great communication with the property owners. I would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful and cozy place

Me and my children enjoyed our stay. This place was very clean and homey. It was close enough to all the stuff we visited. Maria was quick on any questions I had. We will definitely be choosing this place again for the next time we visit.

Wonderful stay!

My family had a wonderful stay, the fire pit was great! Perfect for our group (two adults and two teenagers), everyone had their own space. The kitchen included everything you could possibly need! The perfect getaway!

Hidden Gem

The property is close to town but remote enough that we got to enjoy the sounds of wildlife, not traffic. Everything was very clean. All of our needs were provided for including cooking needs as we elected to eat most meals at the cabin. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The game room had multiple game options to keep adults and children entertained. We were able to park 2 vehicles easily.

The place is super nice had no problems. Needed paper towels and a pizza cutter but other than that.

Loved the game room the kids had a blast. Any specials i would love to know for a cheaper rate. Very nice place to stay. Lov3d the porch. Would enjoy staying there again.

Thanksgiving getaway

Spent our thanksgiving once again in Tennessee. Loved our rental - cute and cozy. We didn’t spend a ton of time there ( mostly to sleep) as I had a whole bunch of things booked - but communication was easy home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for offering your home to our family.

Was wonderful perfect get away tucked on the side of the mountain's. Very peacful and quite and the view is wonderful. Very clean and practical perfect for 2 familys as well.

A nice,cute cabin in the woods

Maria was great in keeping an open communication throughout the days before and during the stay making the planning of what stuff to bring, check in and check out process a breeze. Although the cabin is a little hard to locate(would not recommend going the first time in the dark), was a great place to stay with all spices and necessities included and pizza, coffee and deli places nearby. Overall we had a great time at the cabin. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Short drive to attractions and dining. The teens loved the game room. The only reason for a 4 star overall rating was no beautiful view from the residence and the parking area was small.

Coziest Place

This place was absolutely perfect. The check in process was super easy and the house was super cozy. We wnjoyed getting to know all of the adorable furr friends around the property. My favorite moments were cuddling up on the couch with a warm blanket and also having breakfas on the porch. I hope we can make it back to stay again one day. Thank you so much for providing such a warm and inviting space. Also,what scent was used in the house? My wife was OBSESSED!

Family Vacation in the Smokies

We had a great stay for a family of six. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The game room was a hit for the kids to have a little space to go hang out in. Location was perfect to have a quiet space in the mountains away from the crowds but still seemed close enough to hit stores and attractions in a 10-15 minute drive. Maria was very responsive and definitely takes a lot of pride in making sure all guests have a great stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the smokies!

Peace and quiet

Very nice 6 night stay. Everything you will need is in the kitchen. Did not want for anything in any room. Had a great stay and would like to come back next time in the area.
