Upon entering, you'll find an open floor plan made up of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and appliances needed to whip up everything. The convenient coffee maker will help you start your day off on the right foot, the stove and oven will be ideal for full course meals, while the microwave will heat any leftovers. The cozy dining space is great for chatting over meals.

Snuggle up on the sofa and warm yourself by the stone gas fireplace while watching your favorite show or movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Central air-conditioning and a ceiling fan will make sure you and your guests stay nice and cool. Off the living room is the deck overlooking the stunning surrounding nature–it's equipped with a simple space to dine alfresco, two rocking chairs, and the treat of the cabin: a private hot tub. Back inside, and with access to the deck as well, the main bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, a DVD player, and its own tub. The full bathroom offers guests the convenience of a tub/shower combo and a stackable washer/dryer.

Upstairs is the loft where all the fun things happen! Guests will find a foosball table, a pool table, board games, a sofa in front of a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and plenty of books to choose from.

Awesome

I loved being at this spot. The location in the sie of a mountaik pverlooking a forest was gorgeious. The back porch with the porch swing, rocking chairs, high top table, and a hot tub was perfect. I didn't try the jacuzzi but was clean. I did a load on laundry thanks to then detergent they left for me. There ere no problems with our stay at all. We had only a one night stay and I wish I had booked for a longer stay. Unfortunately with the additonal fees on top of the listed rental price it was just not an option this time. I would love to come back again some day!

We had the most amazing, relaxing weekend here! We loved the privacy, but weren’t too far away from everything in town! The hot tub was amazing and they even had board games to play! Thanks for a great weekend!

The cabin was nice & clean, but whatever they use to clean with is so strong it’s unbearable. It messed my sinuses up so bad we had to leave early. The parking spot is angled so it’s hard to get in and out of in a car and when you leave you have to back out, go up the top of the hill and turn around to leave. It’s located down several very curvy, narrow back roads and is about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. The distance wasn’t bad, but the roads had several blind spots due to being so steep.

The cabin was fairly clean for the most part. There were only a handful of things that looked like it could use better cleaning. Bed was clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub appeared clean nothing came out of jets while using it. Bathroom was clean. I do not recommend if you have a bigger vehicle, driveway is a little small but a decent size for the location, the main thing was backing out of the driveway. It was a tight spot for our Hyundai sedan. Overall it’s a nice quiet spot and pretty decent place.

Nice cabin - in need of updating

Beautiful and nestled in the woods. No frills but it’s clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Decor is a mishmash of design and somewhat old and worn. Fireplace did not work and owner/property manager not available to call only text. A cozy fire would have greatly improved our stay as it dropped into low tshirts at night. No instructions or guest information binder. You’re on your own to figure everything out. No one is coming to help here.

The view was ok, the cabin was a little crowded but ok for 2 people. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and after getting settled in we realized the the gas fireplace was not working and the hot tub was not getting hot. Contacted who I thought I was supposed to contact and they said technician would be out on Tuesday. Never heard from no one, and on Wednesday morning I told them not to worry about it just give me a partial refund. After I talked to her about that, I got on the web and actually fixed the hot tub and gas logs myself, which the gas logs only stayed on for about 20 minutes then turned off. Once I had everything working we heard a knock on the door and it was the technician, imagine that. Other than me having to work on things on my vacation it was an ok place, really needs some work done to it though.

You should avoid Vacasa in this area

TLDR: Keep looking Rodent feces in silverware drawer and counters, in sink, under sink, etc. Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes still, and I found out on our final day that that was probably because the dishwasher was broken. The old detergent tablet was still in the holder only barely dissolved. Broken toilet seat was called in for immediate repair when it wasn't repaired, I called again and was told it was documented as "fix before next guest." We did get someone to come out, and they did not have the correct size seat. The old one broke completely when they were looking at it. They got the smaller one to attach and asked if we wanted them to come again with the correct size or if this was doable. We said that we did NOT want them to come again, and they came anyway. We reported that the fridge was leaking, but we didn't need it repaired. Maintenance had my boyfriend go into the crawlspace to help him turn off the water to the fridge. Hot tub maxed out at 94°F the first night, but the following night it was only 89. Looked up remedies and added more water, but it still only got to 92, which is still just a bit too chilly. Kitchen chairs were wobbly on the verge of falling apart. They were reported my a previous guest in December, but it appears nothing was done. This is pretty small, but I was excited: There's no Foosball table like pictured. According to another review it was broken a while ago, but it hasn been replaced. My mother managed to speak with local management and was offered a 10% refund which she refused. I received the 10% refund without my knowledge or acceptance. Even if my mother was misunderstood, she was not on this trip nor did she pay for it, so why she would be given the opportunity to make that decision is ridiculous. Local management would not get back to me. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times during and after my stay, and I got no response. The Vacasa staff I spoke to were pleasant and as helpful as they could be to my knowledge, but I still don't think I will book again with a company that allows local management to disregard their guests as I have been.

It’s just ok.

I wish the owners/managers took into consideration the past reviews for this place. There were a lot of things that could’ve been updated. We only slept here the 2 nights we were here but the wifi didn’t work. There were still cobwebs in the windows. The bed was not a queen, definitely a full. The bed was extremely loud when turning all night and I had to almost jump to get into it (I’m 5’1”). We didn’t use the hot tub or go out onto the back porch because of the supports under it. Didn’t look safe to us. The driveway was extremely steep and we could see how you could get stuck. It was hard to back out of the driveway and on to the main road. If you have a bigger SUV or truck, be careful. The parking spot fit our Crosstrek just fine but you are on a hill. The neighbors were very loud the nights we were there. Sounded like they were right outside the door but they were up on the other hill. Overall, it really needs an update. If you plan on staying for a longer period of time, consider all of these things and maybe think about staying somewhere else. If it’s a few nights and you want to be away from the craziness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, it’ll do.

Worse cabin I've ever stayed in

The porch is rotting, the bathroom floor is rotting, bed was to short for my husband to sleep in and his only 5'10, the bed is very hard, the grill is broke off the pole and the pole is dangerous to children. Couch is to small to sit comfortably and for the price we had to pay for it was a total wast of money. We vacation in Gatlinburg 4 times a year and wouldn't recommend place to anyone.
