    - No Third-Party Bookings. Primary renter must be staying at the property for the entirety of the reservation.

    - We provide bath towels, but not pool towels, so please bring your own if you’d like towels specifically for outdoor use.

    - Guest agrees to take full responsibility regarding the safety of using the pool and hot tub and supervising children at all times.

    - An initial set of supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc) are provided to begin your stay. Please note that we do not have a daily housekeeping service and will not be able to restock these supplies during your stay.

    - We do not provide firewood, kindling or lighter for the Fire Pit. If there are any left in the house by previous guests, you are welcome to use them.

    - Bears, deer, raccoons, and other wildlife are commonly found in the Great Smoky Mountains area. Please leave all trash in the designated garbage cage to avoid attracting animals close to the home. If a garbage pick-up is needed during your stay, please contact me a day ahead in order to allow enough time to organize with my housekeeper.

    - Quiet hours in our neighborhood are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Neighborhood Management performs random rounds of the area and we would appreciate our guests representing us well!

Spring Break getaway

Amazing host and house! The boys had so much to do at the house to keep them busy after doing things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The pool and hot tub along with the pool table and theater room were a huge hit! Wonderful stay in a great location! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again!

Everything perfect

For our family vacation we stayed here and everything was perfect! Location was beautiful, house was clean and spacious, and we loved that there was a gated section for the kids to play in. We had a great retreat. The cabin was perfect for our group of 17. From the spacious accommodations to the wonderful outdoor space, we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group. Only suggestion is to provide a couple more large cooking spoons.

Great home for spending time with family

We rented this home for our annual sibling and spouses trip. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. There was so much to do- from the pool and hot tub to the arcade games and theatre room. In the evenings we played dominoes on the massive dining room table. Location was close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains. Host was extremely kind and answered any questions we had quickly. Great place to stay!

Smoky Mountain stay

Very well kept, large house with everything you need. We had no issues but had a couple questions and host responded very quickly. Hot tub was enjoyable and kids loved the yard. 8 min drive to the pool that was very large. We found going in the morning when it first opened it was very quiet. Very close to Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. Lots of privacy between houses and quiet neighborhood.

Family Smoky Vacation

Cove Creek Cabin was wonderful! for our crew! We made great use of the property…. pool, hot tub, we sat around the fire pit and caught lightning bugs, the kids used the wonderful arcade and theatre, and loved their bunk bed room (such a great house). We had big meals (LOVE that table) and played lots of games. We also took 2 days to hike in the park, a day in Dollywood, the Tuckaleechee Caverns, Gatlinburg and the Pirate dinner theatre. Thanks for the wonderful memories… highly recommend!!!

Wondeful place for families to stay

We loved everything about this house! The location was perfect for us, nice quiet street. This house was perfect for little ones, having a gate at the top of the stairs, a gate on the porch allowing you to not worry that the little ones would run into the driveway or road, and a gate right outside of the house leading to the pool so no little ones could sneak into the pool area. All of the kids with us loved the gaming room, theater, pool table and shuffle board. The pool was the perfect size for our group of 10 kids, they had a blast! The host of the property got back to me right away with any concerns we had. Overall a wondeful experience!

a haven in Wears Valley

The house is in great shape - lots of room, lots of beds - 7 beds that can easily sleep 2 people each. smart tvs throughout. We had 9 people and the space absorbed us. several of us went in the hot tub several times. Host was great and responsive. other listings in the area talk about great views - this house is in a valley so don’t expect the broad panoramas of the Smoky Mountains. It was wonderfully quiet however, and a short walk up the very quiet street gets you to much better views. Pigeon Forge is about 17 minutes away.

Delightful place

This is the first vacation we have had with all my siblings since we’ve started families of our own. There were 15 of us total (8 adults and kids ranging from 2-17). There was plenty to do in and around our property. There were a few things that did not work when we got there due to the bad weather but management was on top of it by getting maintenance over in a timely manner. The theatre & game room were a hit with the kids and adults. We were able to watch the uga/bama game in the theatre room on Saturday night.. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely try to book through a property with Getawaypad in the future. Thanks!

We were blown away!!

I can not say enough about how wonderful this cabin and host are!!! The cabin is amazing! The house is modern and designed to bring families together. We played in the arcade together. We had so much fun doing a theater night. The men played pool and suffle board everyday while the women got ready in spacious well lite bathrooms. We rested so well in the beds. The house has everything you need. Now for the host, she went above and beyond for my family. She responded so quickly to every message I sent. She was able to let us check in an hour early. Then we had some flight and health trouble, she let us extend our stay and saved us from having to find a place for every one to stay. Book this house with this host and you will not be disappointed!!!

Cove Creek Cabin in Wears Valley was simply amazing! We had a theater room that sat 16 in rocking lazy boy chairs, a gated pool that accommodated 8 kids nicely (pool is 4' all around), and an arcade room with 4 games perfect for entertaining all ages. The beds were super comfy, and the dining room table and bar area allowed all of us to eat at the same time. The kitchen is stocked well with your standard dishes, pot and pans, a coffee maker and Keurig, electric tea pot, toaster, small toaster oven, waffle maker, crockpot and a second refrigerator. Be aware that you have to bring ALL your own food as the only thing provided was a salt and pepper shaker set and some Keurig pods. The drive to the cabin was not terribly windy and the location is just half hour from Pigeon Forge. Elizabeth responded the same day to our questions. We highly recommend seeing Pirates Voyage and Sky Fly both in Pigeon Forge.

The house was perfect for our family to be in for a week. There was space for everyone to not be on each other’s toes. Hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. The only thing that was a bummer was not having storage space for a weeks worth of groceries. We had to leave it all over the counter. Otherwise we’d stay again for sure :)
