We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time staying at a cabin in the mountains. Super cute cabin and the kids liked staying in the loft. It was cool while we were there so the hot tub was a nice addition. Great view.

Peaceful Cabin Stay

We had a great time at the cabin. We enjoyed spending time in the deck/grilling. Great location for getting to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the park. Only complaint is that the hot tub appeared to need cleaning.

This cabin was a cozy cabin. It was also very quiet and peaceful. However, it looked different in person than the pictures on VRBO. It was alot smaller than we expected. This cabin needed alot of maintenance. The deck to get in and out of the property was very rickety looking and even had some boards that had holes in them. And parts of the deck were a safety hazard as it wasn't very sturdy. The hot tub was only luke-warm. We tried to turn up the heat but it never would get any hotter. There was also a large staple sticking up in the living room floor that was not safe. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work as well. As far as convenience, it was located in a very convenient spot. Close to Wears Valley and also not too far away from the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We also liked that it had satellite tv so we were able to watch "live" tv instead of streaming tv.

Great for unplugging

The property was great. Internet was terrible but that was expected and part of the unplugged from society. If you need to work while on vacation, then this cabin is not for you. The hot tub was nice. Functioned as it should, and probably had one of the best views in the valley.

Great cabin

We had a great time. The cabin was super cute with bear decor. It could use a little bit of updates when it comes to the deck had lots of peeling paint and the windows to see out were pretty dirty with lots of cobwebs so it’s hard to have the good view out the windows and the king size bed in the master bedroom it was extremely firm not comfortable for us. Carpet in the stairway was stained/dirty looking. Hot tub and the pool table both were great!

Stay in pigeon forge

Renting was good but the cabin was not. Cobwebs everywhere with dead spider's. The water pressure was terrible taking a shower. The hot tub was dirty with a bad odor. TV did work in 1 bedroom and fireplace did not work

Better think twice

Check in was easy and fast. After check in everything went down hill even before opening the door. Hot tub had a glass in the bottom. Sediment on every seat and very unsanitary. Cleanliness was well below standard. Floor looked like it was just swept in the traffic area. Q-tip on bathroom floor. Fireplace didnt work and has not been working for 3 months based on registration book in cabin. Property manager sent out maintenance and they told me it needed a part, yet it hasn't worked for quite sometime. Cobwebs everywhere . Dartboard needed batteries or something. I understand it is not the Property management that cleans the cabin, but they should hold them responsible. Having the cleaning crew come back to "re-clean" is not the answer. Owner needs to invest on the outside area and replace the deck before someone gets hurt.Decor of the cabin is nice and makes it feel like your own. CLEAN THE WINDOWS PLEASE. EVERYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THEM. Nobody likes to look out through spider webs. I live in the woods and I dont have webs on my windows. Will not ever rent this place again. Very disappointed and was supposed the be a great birthday for my wife,..... didnt happen
