Starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent, 1 coffee packet, and toilet paper (guests responsible for additional supplies)

Personal toiletries, clothes, food, drinks, personal streaming passwords, and any additional necessities beyond the starter pack

• How reliable is the Wi-Fi?

Yes, 4 cars can fit on the driveway

Yes, this is a two-story cabin

Yes! You can enjoy mountain and forest views from the front deck, plus a view of Dollywood’s fireworks at night from the front porch

• How do I watch TV?

All TVs are Roku-enabled and on “Guest Mode”– simply log in with your own streaming accounts and you’ll be automatically logged out when you leave. We do not provide cable. There is also a DVD Player with multiple DVD’s available for your enjoyment!

• What about wildlife?

Welcome to the Smoky Mountains! While we have regular pest control, it is common to see squirrels, raccoons, critters, bees, and even bears. Please secure all trash and food.

- You will have access to the entire cabin, except for certain closets.

I like to give guest their space, however, I am available for any questions during your stay. Office Business Hours: 8am EST - 1am EST- 7 days per week.

Please note that for any cancellations or refunds, the credit card fee is NOT refundable for VRBO or Direct Bookings as we are unable to obtain these fees back from the credit card processor.

A personal vehicle is required to get around.

- Please note: This is a shared driveway with another neighbor. There is plenty of parking UP the driveway right in front of the cabin (4 cars max). Driveway cannot be blocked at any time.

- Please note that this is a natural wooded area where there are bugs, insects, critters, and potential bears. These factors, unfortunately, come with the territory of the property. We do have a pest control company that routinely treats the property. We ask that you please be mindful and clean up any food that could attract any of these creatures. We also recommend bringing bug spray and wearing a light jacket at night if outside.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: 4:00 PM or any time after.

Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Parking and Access:

This is a shared driveway with another neighbor. Please DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY at any time. There is plenty of parking UP the driveway right in front of the cabin (4 cars max).

The front door will be your main point of access to the home. You are also able to access the bottom floor through the back door (Next to the hot tub room).

Check-In Process

You will be given a unique pin code to enter through the front door at Check-In at 4:00 PM. This code will expire after Check-Out (10:00 AM) on the day of your departure.

No key or contact with the host is required for checking in, so you may check-in any time after 4:00 PM on your arrival day.

Check-Out Process

Check out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, please be reminded that any check out time after 10:00 AM will incur an additional charge of $10 for every 10 minutes after 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaners to clean and prepare the home in a timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation on this.

What to do when checking out:

Please have dishes either washed by hand or TURNED ON in the dishwasher prior to leaving.

Please switch off all lights and heating/cooling.

Please keep bed linens on the bed and place all used towels on the floor.

Please lock all windows and doors.

Please clear food from all cupboards and fridge and place in a trash bag. Place trash bag in receptacles in front of the house.
