Set on multiple levels with room for the whole crew, Bearfoot Hideaway offers 4 bedrooms plus a bunk-ready game room, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The vibe is comfortable and family-friendly, with space to gather and plenty of privacy when you want it.



Unwind on the multi-level decks with outdoor seating and dining, then slip into the private hot tub after a day of mountain adventures. A full kitchen is stocked with the basics you need for easy meals at home. Inside, you’ll find a laptop-friendly workspace and Wi-Fi, plus a washer and dryer for your convenience. Kids are covered with a high chair, pack ’n play, stair gates, and children’s dinnerware. An EV charger and paved parking add simple, stress-free logistics.

• Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Queen bed, Smart TV; shares Jack & Jill bathroom (shower/tub combo).

• Game Room (Lower Level): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), access to deck and private hot tub; shared full bathroom on this level.

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 1 – double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub.

• Bathroom 2: Ensuite to Bedroom 2 – single vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub.

Important Things to Note

• Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty at times in the Smoky Mountains due to the rural, mountainous location.

• Exterior security: 1 Ring doorbell and 3 exterior floodlight cameras monitor the main entry, parking area, and crawlspace access (exterior only).

• Parking: Paved parking for up to 4 vehicles directly in front of the cabin. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Winter travel: AWD or 4x4 may be required during winter months.

• Stairs are required; this is a multi-level home.

• EV charger available for guest use, EV charger is NASC compatible.

• Outdoor amenities: Multi-level decks with outdoor dining and a private hot tub; park-style charcoal grill (bring charcoal and lighter).

• Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use.

• Pet policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll notify you automatically.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
