Wake up and drink your coffee on either the top large wraparound deck or bottom deck while you enjoy the breathtaking Smoky Mountain views. Hot tub on bottom deck with a view. Newly remodeled master bath with huge tiled shower, feels like a spa! Four large flat screen TVs and free high speed WIFI. Large game room with bar area, pool table, board games and DVDs. Large front and side yard for kids to play in over one acre. Outdoor games available such as horse shoes, badminton. Large firepit area and we even provide the firewood! Hot tub with an amazing view! Seasonal creek runs thru property into the Little Pigeon River. Fish, swim or float in the river opposite property.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The community is very secluded and quiet, but close to everything and you can use the back roads to get wherever you want to avoid traffic during the high seasons. So much to do in the area: skiing, mini golf, horse back riding, atving, two Dollywood amusement parks, coaster rides, petting zoos, zip lining, tubing, kayaking, fishing, shopping, hiking, off roading, and fabulous restaurants!!

The Little Pigeon River is one of Tennessee's premier trout fishing streams, with opportunities to catch stocked rainbow trout as well as wild brook trout. Small mouth bass inhabit the water as well. The river splits into three forks in the Sevierville area, and the West Fork of the Pigeon River flows through Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg before entering Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Fishing is allowed along most of the river, including in the Pigeon Forge and Sevierville areas. Tennessee Fishing License required.

This property is located 9 minutes from Dollywood, and its so close you can hear the Dollywood train whistle! 15 minutes from Forbidden Caverns, 15 min from Pigeon Forge, and 30 min from Douglas Lake for awesome boating. Also 8 mile drive to Gatlinburg for skiing or Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking. This property accommodates up to 9 people only, 4 BR 3 BATH, over 2000 sq ft. No dangerous mountain roads. Two have king size beds, one queen size bed, one bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top) as well as a portable crib. It has a newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, and full size washer and dryer. Also high chair for infants. Open floor plan with wood burning fireplace. All kitchen pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided. Linens and towels are also provided. Plenty of parking for multiple cars, a boat/trailer and RV as well as 30 amp hookup. This property has outside fire pit, two outdoor dining tables, rocking chairs, swing, and gas grill for lots of outdoor family fun. This cabin is like no other, feels just like home. Horseback riding, and zip lining facilities are located ten minutes away. There is also a river tubing facility at the end of our Road that your family can tube down our river. Fun for the entire family or for a friends getaway. No pets please. No smoking or candles permitted inside the cabin. No fireworks or parties please.

Please note that since this property is two stories and has inside and outside stairs, it is not wheelchair accessible or guests with limited mobility.

Great stay in the mountains!

We had a fantastic week long stay at this property. This house has a ton of games and pool table for the kids. The hot tub, beautiful deck views, and fire pit to make s’mores were great! The location can’t be beat!

Amazing cabin!

We had a wonderful time, we only wish we could have stayed longer. The kids all loved the place as well, the large yard was great for them to run around it. Three families each with one child was able to stay here very comfortably. Host is super responsive and helpful!

The cabin was beautiful and well kept. It had all the amenities and items an entire family could ask for. Everything was in working order and the beds super comfy. They even had wood for us at the firepit. Location was great too. We would def stay there again if ever in the Gatlinburg area.

Great vacay stay!

We were pleased with the cabin. The kids had a blast at the stream on the property. After busy days in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, it was nice to come back to a comfortable cozy cabin each evening. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Highly recommend this family friendly home

A quiet location close to all the noisy, fun, adventure Sevierville has to offer (i.e. tubing, amusement parks, and caverns, etc.) This place was very clean with all the necessary amenities for a fun, safe stay with friends and family. We really enjoyed the large screen TV, game room, hot tub, and firepit after a long day of outdoor adventures.

Wonderful Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riverside Retreat. We were so impressed with the features and how well-stocked the cabin was - all the comforts of home! The baby gate for the stairs and high chair were very helpful! Everything was so thoughtfully done. We had a large group (8 in total) and could have used a little more hot water for showers, but overall we had a wonderful stay! Communication with the owner Denise was easy. Would love to stay here again!

This is the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. Far enough away to enjoy the silence of nature, but close enough to the main attractions of the area. House is perfectly set up for more than one family.

Wonderful stay

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The cabin was big and spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The yard was so big and our kids had so much fun down at the riverbed. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated the available firewood. I can’t say enough good things about this cabin and the kind owners. we hope to return again soon!

Family trip

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. It was very kid friendly which is appreciated when you have toddlers. Cabin was clean and check in/out process was easy. It was very easy to get to Dollywood and to the main strip where we played some mini golf. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area! The hosts were great and very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful cabin, would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here! There was plenty of space and lots to do both inside and out. When it was nice out we waded and fished in the river which was very close and when it rained we played pool, swam in the hot tub, and got warm roasting marshmallows on the fire. Lots to do in the nearby cities as well but we could have easily just spent the whole time here. Also the hosts were very nice and responsive, check in was super easy. Really couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great for families with little ones!

We loved everything about this place! The owner was amazing and went out of her way to contact me before our stay, and stayed in contact via text during our stay (not intrusive or annoying at all - just enough to remind us that if we needed anything - she was a phone call away. My kids (6,5&4) LOVED the game room, the yard and the proximity to the river! They asked to stay at our (as my 4yo says) ‘bacation’ house to play in the basement rather than go to Dollywood or any of the touristy attractions nearby! This was the perfect getaway location for our family!

Perfect Mountain Stay!

Wonderful views, a river to play in, an actual yard which is so hard to come by on the Smokies! We are a big family and have been traveling to Tennessee for vacations for a couple of decades now, and this might very well be our very favorite cabin! The cabin itself is so comfortable and in the perfect location! Far enough away to make you feel secluded, yet close to all the fun stuff on and around Parkway. We definitely plan to return next year.

Fabulous Home

Having used VRBO often, we were pleasantly surprised to find Riverside Retreat so much like home. With a fully stocked kitchen, guest bathrobes in the closets, and extra products at our disposal, settling in was a breeze! Oh and firewood was on hand to use at the property’s fire pit. Christmas vacation

Our family met in TN to celebrate Christmas as we are all grown with our own families from different areas. This cabin was so cozy and perfect for this occasion. The host provided so many things to make you feel at home and the commutation was great. We had an issue with the hot tub heating so I messaged the host. The host called me asap and immediately sent out a service man to fix the issue. The communication was fantastic from then minute we booked. I definitely recommend staying here. It was so close to both Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Great location overall.
