- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- Bears are dangerous

-Pool is set to 85 degrees. Due to sanitation requirements we cannot increase the temperature. The pool is 4 foot deep, absolutely NO diving. Use the pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per.

- We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Excellent home to stay in and had everything we needed for our family. Plenty of things for our young kids to do and plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and the communication was top notch. The owners would check in to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend staying here if in the area. Looking forward to another trip back to TN as we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a group trip!

We enjoyed our stay at splash haven! Loved the pool and game room! It was perfect for our kids! We all had a blast…enjoyed Dollywood with a close drive. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for 11 nights. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The living room with the fireplace, covered deck, and pool were especially enjoyable. Communication with the owner was good.

Smoky Mountain Haven

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The cabin is beautiful with comfy beds, comfy couches, and all the amenities you need. We had so much fun in the pool and game room. The two decks had amazing views and were a great spot to take in nature. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Kyle and Steph for sharing your cabin with us!

Family Trip

The cabin was exactly as described. The kids had a a great time in the arcade when we were just resting there. The kitchen was amazing, it had many pans, utensils and dishes I would definitely book it again if in the area.

FANTASTIC TIME

We had such a great time, something for everyone. Spacious ,clean, comfortable beds. Awesome amenities pool was a splash. I will definitely try to stay again next time I visit Gatlinburg.

Wonderful stay!

Had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Host was very responsive. The mattresses were SO comfortable - everyone slept great. The location is great - very easy to get to and from Sevierville - even during very busy Truckfest. Cabin was clean and comfortable - plenty of space for all. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wonderful cabin

This was the perfect cabin for our family vacation. Everything was great and communication was top notch. Everyone enjoyed the cabin from adults, teens, and little kids. The pool and game room were a major hit too.

Great Place for Family!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

We loved the property! So much to do that we didn’t even want to leave! The directions and check in process were all smooth! This is a lovely cabin for families and children! Plenty of room, and super clean! The hosts were in communication the entire trip.

Scenic and Relaxing

We had a wonderful visit. The house and furnishings are beautiful, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room and the outdoor decks. Short distance to main tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit another time.

Awesome Family Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, probably our favorite cabin stay ever! The location is scenic, the cabin is beautiful and family-friendly. We were able to stay in and enjoy the amenities on site (kids loved the pool!) and then venture out nearby where we saw a bear! The owner is super responsive from the moment the vacation is booked. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Splash Haven. The kids really enjoyed the pool playing catch and diving under the water for weights. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The 4 kids slept well in the queen bunk bed. On our last night we were able to see fireworks from the back porch. Wonderful stay.

It was an awesome weekend. Everything on the listing is true. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The hosts are wonderful people who were very accommodating! We plan to be back and will definitely look up the property again!

Beautiful house. Kids loved the pool! In the mountains just far enough away from Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. We loved it! Bed were very comfortable as well.
