Signed rental agreement and ID verification required after booking
Up to 3 vehicles permitted on the driveway

No smoking or illegal drug use allowed on the property
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM
One dog allowed with pet fee and prior approval
Pets must be included in the reservation details
Please use designated bear-proof trash bins
Fireworks are not permitted
Commercial filming and illegal internet activity are prohibited
Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes


To help guests get settled comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials including coffee items, paper products, toiletries, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, and basic cooking essentials. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.


HOT TUB GUIDELINES
For guest safety and enjoyment, please follow these hot tub guidelines:

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
No glassware in or around the hot tub
No jumping or diving
Children must always be supervised by an adult
Do not use the hot tub if water temperature exceeds 104°F
Please avoid lotions, oils, and spray tanning products before use
Use pool towels for hot tub use
Replace the cover after each use
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns should consult a physician before using the hot tub
