Precious Moments - Pet-friendly Cabin and hot tub
Enjoy Precious Moments on your Great Smoky Mountain vacation with your spouse, family, or friends at this studio-style, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin rental in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This cozy cabin features amenities to relax and is pet friendly so Fido can come, too.
Set up board games at the dining table, sip local wine by the crackling gas fireplace, and watch entertainment on the TV together. For food and drinks, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances or flip steaks and veggies on the charcoal grill.
To further unwind, slip into the steamy hot tub and take in the peaceful wooded views. You can sip coffee on the deck chairs or sway on the porch swing with a good book. Before curling up in the king-size bed, draw yourself a hot bubble bath in the indoor jetted tub.
Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, a flat driveway with only 1 step up to reach the porch, and keyless entry. Precious Moments is the perfect place to make memories on your honeymoon, small family vacation, or trip with a few close friends.
Please note this studio-style cabin in Gatlinburg does not offer internet or Wi-Fi due to limited options and poor service in the area. It's a great option to disconnect for a while and reconnect with loved ones and nature.

The property was amazing and is the perfect size for a small group/family. We really enjoyed the open space. The shower was a little tight but the tub with jets was perfect to end the night in to relax. The drive on the side of the mountain up to the cabin was nerve-racking the first time around but was fine after that and it wasnt too far a drive from everything. Would definitely come back to the cabin for our next trip to the area.
The cabin was cozy for two adults and two children. Breathtaking views from the hot tub and front porch swing. It’s a little distant from all the attractions so if peaceful is what you’re looking for it is perfect. Although me and my husband didn’t know how to work the fireplace it has one if you can figure it out.
There have problems with shower & tub in cabin. Not enough hot water. We enjoy time in Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg! Also, we had great time in hot tub!
This place was by no means updated or modern. It was though, a great place to stay if you are looking for something very small and quiet.
The biggest downfall of this cabin is the road to get to it. It is very small and LONG around the mountain. Definitely bring a small vehicle. You could def get a much nicer and modern place for the price of this place. It was not a bad experience at all but it was expensive and could use some updating. The view is great!

I wanted to love it
The whole place smelled like mold. The pictures have curtains but it’s in fact missing curtains-the neighbors driveway points directly into the bed area and at night the headlights blast through the blinds. Also, when laying in bed, there’s a large gap on the blinds that’s on the door. The shower door seemed a bit broken. Unsure how to work the fireplace unless it was broken. Bright green light kept flashing in the night, unable to sleep. Dangerous road if someone is coming the opposite way- it’s not suitable for 2 cars. The address on the app is wrong. Tried to contact VRBO the first day and no one responded.
It was clean and we did appreciate the hot tub.
We enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze. We overall had no issues. We did not use the hot tub, but we did look in it and it looked very clean. The bathroom was also clean - which I love. Quaint and cozy.
Some things I feel are worth noting: 1. The road to the cabin is narrow with a few switchbacks. I would not want to travel it in the snow. Thankful it was summer time. 2. There isn't enough hot/warm water for the jacuzzi tub. The water gets cold at less than half full and then if you turn on the jets water goes everywhere. 3. The photos on the listing make the cabin look as if it is remote and by itself, however there are three other cabins right beside it. This did not end up being an issue, but we did not know there were other cabins so close.
Unfortunately, it was the worst cabin experience me and my wife ever had. I would never stay there again, not even if I am paid to do so.
I'll start with the Pros:
1- It is a nice location, not very far from the Smoky mnt park and nearby cities.
2- The patio hot tub is amazing. We used it every night.
Cons:
1- It is a run-down cabin with old and shaggy furniture. Not a charmful rustic one, but a very poorly maintained one.
2- There is no wifi available and the cellular LTE coverage is not consistent.
3- The manager thought providing one role of tp is enough for two ppl in a week :) so, bring your own tp, although you may think this is ridiculous, but the manager told me it is what it is.
Now the RED FLAGS:
1- The cabin was not cleaned properly (I have photos that I can send upon request), there was hair and debris in the indoor hot tub, some of the dishes in the cupboard were greasy and gross, and there was a personal item in the bathroom from the previous renters (an open tube of a lotion). Clearly, the cabin was not cleaned.
2- The appliance noise (fridge and the wall unit) was so loud that it was not easy to sleep at night. Also, three of the windows are not covered to block the light. If you want to have a decent sleep, this definitely is not the place.
3- The manager did not provide instructions for the door access before our arrival, so we had to wait for 1 hour outside the cabin in the dark in the woods.
That's why I'd never go back there.
We had so much fun at precious moments cabin! It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views were amazing! Gatlinburg was tons of fun too! We were able to get 5G service with T-Mobile. Streamed TV at night !
The cabin was great! It was plenty enough space for us 3 and our dogs. To other people it may be a bit small but it was perfect for us! The only thing id suggest, especially with ot being a pet friendly place is to have a vacuum on hand, the broom did not clean the floors good enough for us. We constantly had dirt from iutside and dog hair everywhere. We have a little kid as well so crumbs were everywhere and trying to sweep a rug isnt the funnest. But the drive, and views were amazing. And its in between both major cities so its convenient to try out both!
My husband and I never got a honeymoon’s since we got married during peak Covid times. So this was just what we needed! Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!
It’s very secluded not many neighbors. The cabin was very clean and it had very clear instructions on what to do entering and leaving the cabin. Very pleased with the experience.
The cabin was a great value and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Nothing against the cabin itself, but know before booking that while it is technically in pigeon forge, downtown pigeon forge is about a 30-minute drive, and about 10 minutes is trying to get down some very narrow, winding roads from where your cabin is located. If you live in the city, 6 miles away is a far shorter drive than it will be out here. We loved all the amenities and had so much fun here.
It’s quaint we mostly just used this to sleep. Didn’t use stove or oven. Outside could use a good cleaning. Leaving the outside light on as instructed brings a lot of bugs.
Air cond. Made so much noise you could not hear the tv unless you turned it way up. Only1 pack of coffee for 4 days no wax paper or aluminum.foil.no salt or pepper. Road going in and out was very very very curvey and dangerous.
Not a bad cabin. The a/c was unbearably loud, though. Especially when you are trying to sleep. The trash is not secure so animals got inside. I don’t like to complain, but if I’m paying alot of money to stay somewhere I would at least hope the a/c wouldn’t make loud noises every time it turned on. This was a complaint prior to me posting this as well.
