Was nice. Property manager was upfront with a couple issues and there were people trying to fix things we didn’t even complain about. Was a nice place and is a very pleasant setting.
If you're looking to relax with a beautiful mountain view, this is the place for you! You can even enjoy the view while soaking in the hot tub. We enjoyed peaceful family time at this cabin, and the host was very responsive and easy to work with!
Great views! Very well maintained cabin. Had a lot of fun making memories with the kids. Cabin had a pool table, hot tub, and arcade to enjoy. Did some grilling! Great times!
The view from the cabin was beautiful and the whole cabin was so comfortable! We spent most of our vacation just hanging out at the property and we loved every minute of it. The beds and the couches were all so comfy, and between the hot tube and the bathtub we were able to get all of our relaxation in
Overall it is a nice cabin. Excellent view of the mountains. The down stairs bathroom is in need of some small repairs. Management offered to fix them while we were there, but we opted to wait until after check out. They did not interfere with our stay, even though not having adequate lighting in the bathroom was inconvenient. I would like to thank the owner for helping us with a parking issue. We greatly appreciated it.
This was a beautiful cabin and location - and we enjoyed our stay. We would book again!! The reason for the 4 star overall was the sparseness of supplies and kitchen items, a few things need repair (refrigerator drawers, dryer handle and lint catchers, A couple of the chair legs were loose, the table had a loose leg, a bar stool back was lpillows but no pillowcases. to be found.
We really enjoyed the the cabin and the view is amazing. It had everything and more that we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. It was nice and quiet and peaceful and was so happy to be able to bring our companion boxer girl with us. We appreciate being a pet friendly resort and will definitely be back in the future.
We loved this cabin. I was hesitant to book due to some bad reviews but I'm glad we did. It was perfect for my family of 5 needs. We found the cabin to be very clean. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the gaming room. The Christmas tree was a nice suprise. The view was beautiful during the day and night. We got to star gaze during the night and the kids loved that. Overall, it's a great pet friendly cabin. We would book again.
Everything was just like the pictures show.. I was surprised with the second living room outside the master bedroom.. the views are amazing. It was close to pigeon forge and gatlinburg but not to close. We would definitely stay again..
I had a wonderful time for my first time in the mountains. The place is better in person. The host responded very quickly and was very helpful. I had no problem on my weekend get away. I was kind of upset I had ticket to attractions because I wanted to just stay on the balcony.
The cabin when we arrived was very clean and well maintained. The view was absolutely breathtaking! We arrived in late November around thanksgiving and the cabin was decorated for Christmas in the most cozy and inviting way possible! We loved the Christmas tree, and were even more thrilled to find the beds were comfy, warm, and really hard to stay out of. This cabin supplies everything you could think of in the kitchen, and also plenty of towels and warm throw blankets. The view from the hot tub deck was enchanting, but the view from the living room was even better. Will be booking again! Especially for holiday getaways.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Nice, but not private
The home is really nice and comfortable--well suited for families. The big problem for my husband and I was that the onsite description gives the impression that you are "miles away" from others and the pictures suggest that same idea--no close neighbors, etc. Just so you know before you go, you will be in a line of about 60 homes and neighbors are within 100 feet on both sides of you.
