    -Perfect for car enthusiasts. Only 5 minutes from the Sevierville Convention Center with a large flat 35'x 20' parking pad. Large enough to fit a trailer.
    -We welcome one small, well-behaved dog under 30 lbs (sorry, no puppies!) for a $100 pet fee — be sure to select the pet option when booking. 
    -No smoking anywhere on the property. 
    -Please note: No checkin/outs allowed on July 4th, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.
     -NEW! Relax in your private hot tub on the spacious outdoor deck — the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Hot Tub was fabulous, right outside the front door very easy access, clean and hot! Cabin was fabulous very comfy couch, beds etc. Lots of extras, great unexpected add on. Cabin was clean, and as perfect as can be. Pool is a drive, but worth it. An amazing view, clean at most of the time we were the only ones there — only issue we noticed was water pressure at times, very minor did not even let the owners know because we worked around it. We would absolutely stay here again! and have already recommended it to some friends, 10/10 — wonderful cabin, amazingly friendly owners etc. You won’t regret this cabin. close to everything but also away from the traffic

Great getaway!

This property was great! It was in a nice quiet location but also close to all that the area has to offer. We felt right at home and the grill and hot tub were added bonuses. The communication was great, check in was super easy, and all the little extras were appreciated- coffee, creamer, hair dryers, extra soaps and shampoo, etc. We would definitely choose this property again!

Bachelorette Getaway

Myself and a group of friends stayed here for a bachelorette trip and absolutely loved it! The cabin is so homey and feels secluded which I loved. The hosts also made available plenty of towels and toiletries as well as everything we needed in the kitchen. Thanks so much!!

Convenient location and pet friendly

Property was/is exactly as described. Host is very responsive to questions and stays connected with you during your stay to make sure everything is as is should be. Location was great for us since we were in town for youth sports competition. Less than 10 minutes from most places we needed to be. Would stay here again.

Peace and quiet

The cabin was exactly as described and more. It was located in a peaceful cul de sac only 10 minutes from the main road, but with was no hint of traffic noise. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything needed for a couple of nights. We even saw two very big Turkeys in the driveway just hanging out. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The Host was proactive and communicated well asking if we had any questions upon arrival and everything was clear especially with the welcome information literature. The location was very private and very quiet. Very close to Sevierville for activities, restaurants and shops. The cabin was clean, and cozy and the hot tub was nice also. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The only issue and it seems to be the same with most rentals the place looks clean just don't look under the beds. Leave it to my wife to make note of that. If I am back in the Sevierville area I would not hesitate to use this property again.

Cheer Competition

I booked this cabin for a cheer competition at the Convention Center in Sevierville. It was perfect for my grandchild and I for the weekend as we each needed a bedroom and bathroom to get ready for the competition. The location was great and the cabin was fabulous. I would highly recommend it. The owner treats her guests like family. ♥️⭐️♥️⭐️♥️

Just a bad smell

The cabin is small and out dated. Smells old. The pool was nice. Only thing good to say. The owner lives close by and will check in and that is just odd. I will not recommend or come back. The price point was too high for what you get.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin and Karen was a wonderful host! The cabin was very clean, had all the necessities, comfortable beds and more little extras. We picked this cabin because it was one level with no stairs inside and a screened in porch. The added bonus was that the porch had trex decking, so no splinters for us or our grandson. The cabin does offer privacy but conveniently located. We also traveled with a small do, it had plenty of yard and walking space. We would recommend and stay here again.

The Red Roof Lodge was very nice and well equipped. It is located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to be peaceful but close enough to be very convenient. The host was very easy to contact and kept in touch for any possible needs. We would absolutely stay again.
