Take trash to outdoor bins (secure lids). Close hot tub cover. Extinguish fireplace. Clean grill if used. Set thermostat: 75°F (cool) / 65°F (heat).
Final Check & Departure:
Lock all doors/windows. Report damages. Checkout by 10 AM. Late fees may apply. Secure trash—wildlife active. Drive safely.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
