Great stay!
Very secluded, yet close to all the action. Water was dirty and smelled off, but the property owner kept in communication the whole time. Hot tub was perfect and cabin was larger than imagined. Great time!
Fabulous location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easy access to both but far enough off the road to feel like you are in the wilderness. Game room and sleeping arrangements perfect for families! Management company was quick to respond for requests for help with getting the TV's to stream.
The views from this cabin are amazing! The cabin was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. The game room downstairs was perfect. The main level king bedroom was great as well as the upstairs king room. The only negative we found and we over looked it was the sulfur smell in the water.
The cabin was beautiful! The views were amazing! Communication with property managers was on point. We had a couple things that we needed and they were attended to immediately. Definitely needed more bath towels available.

Great stay
We loved the cabin! We booked this very last minute (as in we were four hours away when we booked!) and they called right away to confirm we got the booking confirmation and check in details. They were very helpful. The cabin was beautiful and far enough out to feel peaceful but close enough to town to drive down for dinner, etc. We will definitely be back.
Overall nice property in a great location with amazing views and a quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of small maintenance issues that were addressed the same day that we reported them but probably could have been taken care of before our stay. We would stay there again.
Nice long weekend with the family, Cabin had lot to offer. Just a couple small things.. The Loft is very hot even with the air conditioning on and the outside decks are pretty worn and could use a good cleaning. But otherwise, wonderful time and even seen a bear on the morning that we left

Relaxing time
We decide at the last minute to take a short getaway and this place was perfect. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that we were supposed to get a ticket each day for attractions around the area and even though I e mailed and called several times I never received the link to get the tickets until 2hrs AFTER we checked out.

Mountain Property
It’s an older property. Some roads leading to property are really tight. Overall entertainment and accommodations could use a refresh. They seem to have well water and it smells of sulfur. Definitely need a water filtering system. Stayed 3 nights. Check in and out was fine and they do respond quickly to text. This property is definitely in the wilderness they have a squirrel issue in the walls and ceilings.
THE SMELL OF THE WATER (SULFER) NEEDS TO ADDRESSED. There was a broken rocking chair on the back porch. The deck had a fungis growing out of the wood. Garden hose was draped over the railing upstairs going down to the lower level wete the hot tube was. There was some trash under the front porch and ladders and metal poles stashed under it. The windows on the OUTSIDE were dirty and full of cobwebs. We understand the outside bug situation with cobwebs, living near a lake ourselves, it's almost impossible to keep clean, but it looks like it hadn't been addressed at all. Inside was clean but it was very dated and needed some attention. The game tables downstairs was a hit for the kids and adults. Hot tub was great. Nice to relax in it after a long day of hiking or shopping.
The house was beautiful, and very nice. There are a couple of things that need attention. The couches with the pull out beds could use an update the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The pool table needs some attention, its pockets are comming loose and its not balanced.and the outlets in both bathrooms dont work. We wanted to vacume and theres no sweeper. It was fine for us though.we did love the deck, had a couple of bear sightings and amazeing views. When the air wasn't cold the service guys were there right away it was just a dirty filter. Overa we were happy with our stay. Thanks
It was a great place, but needed to list that the basement is nearly unusable in colder months. There weren’t enough blankets for warmth down there, luckily we brought some of our own. The temperature was freezing for the games or for anyone to sleep downstairs. The basement door will only close when deadbolted and continuous cold air flowing through for a constant draft. The main floor and upstairs was great though. There were critters in the walls that would keep us up at night, but this may be a temporary issue. WiFi was spotty, but overall worked great and they say that in the listing. The location was equally close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Even with heavy traffic on thanksgiving it was close to everything! Wish there was a hair dryer and storage for clothes… there were no drawers or counters to lay our things so we had to live out of the suitcase on the floor. Beds very comfortable and a very cozy feel.Basically everything was positive except for the basement since it was cold outside. In summer months this is probably a positive thing.
