- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A 4WD or AWD vehicle and chains are recommended, especially during winter conditions.
- The roads up to the home's location are winding and narrow, with possible hazards due to construction debris. Approach with caution.
- There are stairs needed to take to get up to the front entrance.
- Pool heating is available for an additional $100/night fee plus tax and must be charged for the entire duration of the stay.

- The road to get to the home is pretty rough; it is located very high up the mountain with lots of curves and hills.
