We came upon this rental four days before we were set to check in to a different cabin and was notified that the AC was broken and would not be fixed upon our arrival. We were left scrambling for a different home and we are so thankful for this home and owner. Coincidentally, this home was a few homes away from the other one, so we didn’t have to sacrifice the community we wanted to stay in. The outdoor fire pit was nice to have. We were concerned with the lack of reviews on this rental but don’t worry, it was fantastic! The owner was attentive and communicated well. He went above and beyond to leave his personal pool cue for us to use because previous guests broke the others. The home was clean and well spaced out! This was our 6th year traveling to the Smokies and every year I had to buy extra towels and proactively bought them before we arrived this year. We didn’t need them! There was plenty of towels. Will book this same location next year! The only suggestion I would make is hang blinds in the living room for a little privacy from the neighbors at night, all other rooms had them!
