The cabin was perfect for my family of 4. We wanted to feel secluded but not be far away from the activities we had planned. We got exactly what we wanted. Everything in the cabin is as described. Clean, cute, kitchen fully stocked. Even though there are cabins around you can’t see them. It’s like we were all alone on a mountain. We got to see lots of animals roaming the yard during our stay. Our favorite was the bear just walking around sniffing the grass. It was the coolest experience! Went from one side of the cabin to the other before disappearing into the woods. Being from Texas and dealing with the heat we didn’t think we would spend much time in the hot tub. But it was nice to relax in it after spending the day at Dollywood. We needed it! The scenery in that area was amazing. We had the best time and would definitely rent the cabin again.
Really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Nice layout and plenty of room for us. DVD player was broken which was disappointing. No wifi and no cell service which was fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Close to town, overall great vacation!
Hot tub was disgusting, downstairs toilet worked sometimes, and was quite outdated. The pictures in the description are misleading or are old pictures. No view of the mountains, the camera taking the pictures has a great flash because the cabin is very dark (poor lighting). Other than that it was quiet

Horrible
Could not use the jacuzzi outside it was very dirty even after they came and cleaned it still had dirt in it the toilet and showers/bathtubs and hot tub in side the bed room were stained yellow the water had a very bad odor and taste everytime the water was turned on the cabin smelled like poop there were no extra trash bags one of my children broke out after the first night there this cabin needs a lot of workwe were not comfortable at all
The cabin was cute but we had to call 3x to get the fireplace running, and there are critters in the attic. Screeching, scratching, and loud wings fluttering during the night. A little unnerving for my kids.
Beautiful cabin , steep driveway make sure brakes work
We thought we rented cabin for 5 days and on the 4 th day they called us and asked why we weren’t out yet. We were at Dollywood so we had to rush back and get stuff packed. We called the Tuesday before and the female said our check out was the 5 th day. Our email only said 4, but didn’t realize it till they called us
Time for some upgrades for sure. GET INTERNET! With really sketchy cell service in the hills, visitors need to be able to get online to research what they want to do the next day. Spend a little money on some newer, larger TVs. They are so cheap now, it's inexcusable not to upgrade. Cable didn't work in the downstairs bedroom. Grill was disgusting when we arrived, but addressed by rental staff. Old oven got stuck on 400 degrees for an entire night. Would not turn off. Had to unplug to reset when we noticed it in the morning (unsafe). Didn't happen again. Some wall plugs were old and loose. Plugs would not stay in. Everything else was just OK.
Location was good between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Rental staff was very nice. Would not choose this cabin again though.
