The air conditioning at the property was an issue from check in to check out. There was also a note above the thermostat that stated if we were to call and need help that we would be liable to pay for anything pertaining to the HVAC unit. At times it was up to 80 inside of the house and we were uncomfortable temperature wise nearly the entire weekend.

Please look at how many times I called please If you look at my reservation you see my email address ... melissa I am in the hospitality business and been in it for 30 years or more My first question is why are so many people calling ? Why is it so hard to get ahold of someone? And last but not least why wasn't I told before I arrived ? If I had know the road was torn up and I wouldn't have TV I wouldn't have chosen your cabin ... but you didn't give me that option 1 tv working is unexceptableHaving to call every time I left to go out also inexceptabel... I didn't even bring up the pool ... 20 kids in the pool and NO BATHROOM AVAILABLE.... guess I know where they peed Worst experience ever and I travel a lot to Tennessee
