Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This please had roaches. I sent pics, zero messages back by owner. Called Vrbo they said I would have to have a refund issued by the owner and that was that. Said they talked to them and told them and sent the the pics I had as well and I never heard anything back. I came home had to spray my stuff and take it to a laundry mat to wash cause no way was that coming in my home. The lack of communication is terrible. We even told the couple that came to clean and showed them the roaches and it was like it was nothing. Poor customer service. Still ticked I lost out on over 400 dollars for a place I wouldn’t let my dog sleep.
