Wonderful Stay

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your property. We were in town for a dance competition and this space was perfect. We are a family of 5, so it worked great because there was plenty of space for the children in one bedroom and my husband and I used the master. The space was clean, there was lots of amenities at the resort and the location was convenient to local restaurants and shopping.

Our stay was very good. No major complaints. Based on photos, i expected 2 sinks in the 2nd bath, but there was only 1 sink. This was not a deal breaker but the description and photos should be more accurate. Electric plugs were either behind furniture or in the middle of the wall in a walkway and not practical for charging. Glad I travel with a multi plug. Loved the location. Would stay there again.

The facilities have plenty of amenities available. Staff was very helpful and everything clean and well maintained. The location is close to activities, restaurants and shops yet it is beautiful and quiet in the condo area. The kids loved Dollywood and us older folks enjoyed wine and beer tasting near by. We love to go antiquing and so many shops to browse. Thankfully we drove from Chicago so we had a car to take home the treasures we bought. I would highly recommend the Titanic museum. It contains so much info and you feel like you are in that most beautiful ship. Will most likely return to the Smokies!

Perfect location with awesome amenities!

The two bedroom suite was incredibly spacious. The beautiful view from the balcony was enjoyed every morning with a cup of coffee and each evening as a way to relax. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Beds were comfy. This is our second time staying at this property - the price, location, and amenities can’t be beat!

We enjoyed our stay. My daughter and 3 grandchildren ages 3, 5, and 8. Loved the pool and hot tub. The space was amazing. Location was great close to everything you would like to do. Highly recommend.

Wyndham Smoky Mountains

From the reservation process to checking out, my stay was 5 stars. The owner was extremely responsive before and during our stay. The accommodations were clean, updated, and as listed. It was close to shopping and other attractions. We were there for an event at Rocky Top, so the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this listing and will look to stay here in the future.

It was a beautiful property. Friendly staff, great amenities and great location for Dollywood. On issue is we were not aware that this is a time share property. They were not to aggressive about joining a 2 hour meeting and listening to their presentation.
