Excellent au coeur historique de la ville

Excellent sejour, appartement au calme tres propre le menage est fait chaque jour, en plein coeur de la ville historique dans le quartier santa cruz à proximite des monuments. L'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Hotel à une trentaine de minutes de l'aeroport en bus (EA) au tarif de 4€/pers. Je conseille fortement cet hotel les yeux fermes.

Ottima posizione, molto tranquillo, spazioso.

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi da Real Alcazar e Cattedrale, ottimi ristoranti a 5 minuti. Spazioso, tranne il bagno, molto stretto, riscaldato bene, pulito, ottimo il Wi-Fi, silenzioso, con ascensore e in una bella piazzetta del centro storico di Siviglia. Bella la piccola terrazza se uno vuole far colazione a casa. Sconsiglio vivamente la colazione loro, 13 euro a persona sono un'enormità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

after searching for over an hour and with the help of locals we still couldn’t find this property! and that was just to pick the key up! After spending further time looking for Las Crues we demanded that the receptionist take us there! ‘He was very rude!’ Which a bell hop did! Thru very narrow streets and alleyways! We weren’t shown how to work anything! Do not stay in apartment 2b as it’s the top floor where all the air conditioning motors are! Hence the constant humming! The apartment was featureless and soulless! I could go on! Easier to stay outside the city walls!!

Basic but good for sightseeing

The location was fantastic, walking distance to all the main sights. Rooms were also very basic, but the kitchen which we didn't really use had cockroaches. Something needs to be done about that, otherwise location is the main thing.

The apartments are located in a small, gated complex you can only reach by foot. No cars can travel through the quaint little streets. The apartment is a nice 2/2 with kitchen amenities. The staff works at different locations all within a few minutes of walking distance. They are available 24hrs and are the friendliest staff you’ll find. The Santa Cruz area is charming and lively with many bars and restaurants for all.

CERO recomendaciones sobre el entorno, ni ubicación, ni mapa de información básica... Registro de DNIs y búscate la vida hasta llegar al apartamento... Servicios en el apartamento mínimos, sin arreglo diario o cambio de toallas y jabón de baño. Una TV minúscula casi de juguete. Muy básico para su precio. Skip it! Not good value. This is a very basic apartment. Everything is functional but nothing more. The space is cramped, dark and dank from the nasty sewage water smell. The 4 single beds are low quality as are the linens and bedding. Furniture is cheap and disposable. No amenities beyond hair and body wash - I had to call to get the places cleaned after two days and they don’t clean the kitchen. The walls were paper thin and the area and building very noisy. I could hear our neighbors dialing their cell phone it was that bad. The breakfast was disgusting - eggs were rubbery and green, nothing was fresh. The location was very good in the heart of Santa Cruz neighborhood and the staff was helpful and friendly - but you can’t make up for the poor accommodations. It needs a major renovation and update to be comparative with anything in this price range. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere.
