Dispones de dos lujosas terrazas privadas con unas vistas espectaculares, además de disponer de dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio en cada una de ella y un sofá cama de matrimonio en el salón, también dispone de cocina con todo lo necesario para disfrutar al máximo. El apartamento cuenta con 60 m², aire acondicionado y calefacción en el salón y en todos los dormitorios, televisión, lavadora y un espacio de trabajo dedicado. En la cocina encontrarás cafetera de cápsulas y cafetera italiana. El edificio dispone de ascensor en las zonas comunes junto a la puerta de entrada, y el check-in es autónomo para tu comodidad. Se admite una mascota y hay cuna disponible bajo petición. Se pueden contratar servicios de limpieza durante la estancia por un coste adicional. No se permiten eventos en la propiedad.
This beautiful duplex penthouse is located in the heart of Seville, just steps away from the famous Basilica de La Macarena, as well as being close to downtown Seville's main landmarks and places of interest and entertainment. There are two luxurious private terraces with spectacular views, as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is also a kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The 60 m² apartment features air conditioning and heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. The kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine and an Italian stovetop coffee maker. The building has an elevator, and self check-in is available for your convenience. One pet is welcome, and a baby crib is available on request. Cleaning services can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee. Events are not allowed on the property.
