Comfortable, excellent location

Comfortable, clean, lots of space and only 15 minutes walk from the centre. Large balcony and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Furniture is a bit tired but quite usable. The kitchen is good enough to cook all your meals.

Amazing

Awesome, location which is at the edge of Seville but everything is pretty much walking distance. Huge apartment, enough space for friends. Balcony is always nice to have. 👏👏

Excellent experience at the apartment. Excellent value. Excellent location. Payment process was problematic. Encourage the company to explore better credit card applications to make the reservation.

A lovely little family friendly apartment

The apartment itself was very clean, roomy, and our host was incredibly accommodating. The apartment is within walking distance of most of the important landmarks in the city. Our only complaint is that while every room had an A/C unit, you can usually only run two at a time or the power would shut off. Sevilla can get really hot, so this caused a bit of trouble keeping the place cool during a heatwave.

Excellent apartment in great location

We went to Seville to visit our son who lives there. This apartment was an excellent home base for us. It is a spacious apartment, larger than we needed, but since it was so close to our son's apartment we decided to go with it. Beds were comfortable, towels were nice quality. This would be a fantastic place for a larger travel group. Some of the chairs were a bit more for looks than comfort. The couch was comfortable. There was ample storage space to hang clothes. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment in Seville

Plenty of space for all 5 of us. Air conditioning was nice to come back to after a long day of exploring beautiful Seville. We were able to walk to all of the nearby sights and activities without difficulty, but there is plenty of public transportation for those who prefer it. Apartment was clean and conveniently located around the corner from some great churros, gelato and a bar for nightcap. The office was easy to find and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout so we could stay and explore more before our train departed. They have lots of info on what to do in the office as well. Thank you for an amazing stay in Seville!

This cute apartment served our needs well! Fantastic location! We are able to walk to all of the major monuments we wanted to see. There was a cute little cafe downstairs and an ALDI a few minutes away. We loved the big balcony! So fun to sit out with your coffee, wine or beer and listen to the city and people watch. It was overall clean and comfortable. Just be prepared for everything to be quite dated. Seville moving is the management company you'll be dealing and they were adequate. James received us within about 10 minutes of our arrival. He was very kind and helpful. I did reach out to Seville moving while we were there regarding one of A/Cs not working in one of the rooms and never received a message back. That was disappointing. Other than that would totally stay here again!

HORRIBLE BOOKING. Had planned to meet up with the host at the apartment for the keys and check-in instructions. No one showed up. It was 11pm at night and I had no where to stay. Host contacted me the next day but not until 6pm and didn’t understand what was going on. Never got to stay at the property and I never received a refund. Please do not book this listing. I tried to get VRBO to take it down because my experience has been awful but they refused to.
