Todo genial

Mucha facilidad de comunicación con el propietario. Nos alojamos con dos perritos sin problema. La ducha es placa ducha, no bañera, que no está en las fotos y para el que le pueda ser de interés. El Apartamento se ve que esta reformado recientemente y a la cocina no le falta de nada. La calle es estrecha y tiene mucho tráfico, que dificulta un poco el bajar las maletas y eso. Es un tercero sin ascensor.

Merci à Alberto de nous avoir accueillis dans son charmant appartement. Bien équipé, bien placé, dans un quartier très sympa et très calme, avec une terrasse très agréable. Nous avons découvert des jardins cachés, des ruelles charmantes, des bars de poche accueillants. à 5 min de la Alameda et de son animation, proche du mercado calle Feria, la Macarena est au bout de la rue... Tout pour nous donner envie de revenir.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, l'appartement est bien situé, dans une rue calme, à proximité se trouve plusieurs commerces (magasin DIA, magasin de fruits, boucherie, bars) Dans l'appartement tout le nécessaire est à disposition, comme l'indique le descriptif ++++++++, la literie est très bonne. Le propriétaire, M. Sanchez est très disponible, nous tenons à le remercier chaleureusement et encore merci pour le sèche cheveux mis à notre disposition. Nous avons eu une vive émotion de pouvoir profiter de la procession dans le cadre de la semaine Sainte (passage dans la rue ou se situe l'appartement). Notre famille se rappellera longtemps de ce moment partagé avec les sévillans. Séville est une très belle ville, qui est riche en monuments, nous avons visité de très beaux lieux, nous rentrons avec beaucoup de souvenir qui resteront gravés dans nos mémoires. Encore un grand MERCI à M. Sanchez. La famille Jacques.

A lovely balcony on a great flat.

We had a great 10 days in a not very fashionable area, but where the locals and their way of life are all on your doorstep and what great fun it is. 300m to a great bakery on Relator, just turn right out of your door and continue straight at the square. Street opposite bakery leads to Mercado Feria, simply a great market for everything an with cafe's and bars surrounding it and within it. Main cafe inside, you buy a ticket for 4€ and select from about 16 dishes like Paella, Pork in Whisky and a variety of fresh fish cooked to order. Wine 1.80€ a glass 10€ per bottle, beer 1€. 200m further on to Hercules a square 200m x 50m full of Tapas bars, restaurants, play areas for children and locals having a lovely time all day and all evening. Walking to the Historic sights is quite a way but us 70 year old's managed it almost daily. Bus from end of street C1 and C2 most useful, use Moovit app. Bikes free from Sevici after 13€ weeks registration, sites all over city, Seville Sevici app is great. Apartment is not too easy to locate but is approx half way down street opposite a building that juts out with pavement very narrow, on 3rd floor and very well equipped especially the kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom good and very quiet at night, we took some DVD's as TV all Spanish. Don't miss Plaza de Espana and allow good amount of time for a great free experience and the Plaza de la Encarnacion allows you to take a lift from the basement to walk on the sculpture(Metropol Parasol) overlooking the entire city, cost 3€. In the NE corner is Cafe La Centuria which serves the most amazing Churros (fresh cooked light as a feather doughnut, you get 6 long strips and 2 hot chocolats for 5€) best around 5pm. We had a great holiday, thank you Alberto for all your help and excellent communication.
