Nice cottage outside of Sevilla
Alfonso and Cesar’s cottage is lovely, set in a large garden full of fruit and lovely scents. The house was perfect, comfortable and the kitchen stocked for us! So kind! We had a poor weather so it was a relief to know that the heaters worked well. The cottage is a good km to the nearest urban area where there are some shops and bars/restaurants. It is not a pretty area but you can take the bus to downtown Sevilla which is convenient. Also keep in mind that you are close to Sevilla airport. Not a big hindrance but maybe more so in the summer. Thanks Alfonso and Cesar!

GREAT PROPERTY IN EASY RANGE OF SEVILLE
My wife and I enjoyed a lovely week in this property visiting Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Carmona. The property is very accurately described. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Alfonso, the host, went the extra mile with very clear instructions, a friendly welcome and a superb "get you in" pack. The villa has large and private gardens complete with a good-sized swimming pool. It is in a quiet are about 20-25 minutes from Seville but is an easy drive. Very highly recommended.

10/10 Fantastic house 20mins drive from Seville centre.
My husband and I, plus our dog had a wonderful stay in Valdezorras. The property and big garden was perfect for our 4 week stay. Alfonso was a perfect host. On arrival the fridge was stocked with essentials, which was a wonderful surprise and the trees were laden with oranges and lemons. The heating and log fire was perfect for the colder January evenings. Everything in the house was ideal for us and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The property is ideally situated to explore surrounding towns by car and an easy bus ride or Taxi (Uber) into Seville centre. I would definitely recommend this property.

A Family Welcome
This a lovely, homely property with a beautiful garden and a fantastic swimming pool. Very convenient for catching the bus into Seville. The welcome we received from Alfonso and Cesar was exceptional. We had to change our plans because of a medical emergency and the hosts were so kind, changing our dates and keeping in touch. We were made to feel so welcome. We would recommend this villa.

Wonderful stay
We spent a very happy fortnight here. Alfonso and César were fantastic hosts. Their recommendations were very useful and the location provides a great base for exploring Andalusia. The house is well equipped and the garden and pool are perfect for relaxing.

Beautiful Country Villa outside of Sevilla
This was our favorite place to stay during our recent 2 week trip in Spain. Alfonso and Cesar are consummate hosts, warm communicative and show fantastic attention to detail. The house and gardens are beautiful. There are so many welcoming touches that make it feel as if it is home away from home.. Truly thoughtful gestures such as food, water and wine in the fridge. Screens on the windows so one can enjoy the night breezes and quiet without fear of being bitten by insects. Extra outlets everywhere so charging devices not an issue. Washer and Dryer to make doing laundry simple. Beautiful, private gated gardens and pristine pool. The neighborhood is not far from a small airport and a small village/town with a mix of houses, some very simple and others more elaborate. Once behind the gates of the villa, the privacy is complete-it is an oasis. Sevilla is not far at all but I do recommend if you have a car, parking outside the city and walking in, driving in the city center can be challenging. We would love to stay at the villa again and since we want to explore that part of Spain again, we hope to do so! Muchas Gracias!

Perfect self-catering accommodation
For those wanting peace and tranquillity in a location only a 20-minute bus ride from Seville, this house is perfect. The property is extremely well equipped and can be considered as the blueprint for self-catering accommodation. Alfonso and Cesar are excellent hosts, they provided a much-appreciated welcome pack.

Lovely pool and gardens
This small country house was lovely. It’s out in the country but a short drive (or bus ride) into the city center of Sevilla. The gardens are gorgeous and the pool was cool and relaxing after a very hot day in Sevilla. Alfonso and his family left food, wine and snacks which was very considerate!

Beautiful tradition Spanish villa only 5 miles outside of Seville yet in open countryside.

Fantastic place in the countryside but near the city!
This lovely little 2 bedroomed house with its amazing huge (floodlit) garden is just a 5 minute drive from Seville Airport & 10 minutes to the centre. Set in the green belt on the outskirts it is lovely & quiet especially if you have had enough of the crowds in the city centre. Alberto & Cesar were really hospitable & even had a welcome pack for us consisting of groceries like milk, bread, yoghurts, pasta, etc... Our 9 and 10 year old loved the pool & the large garden. For our family it was 5 star - if we were to return to Seville we would definitely stay here again! Very happy customers! :)

Best place I've ever stayed in 30 years of travel.
Beautiful property, so peaceful, exactly what I was looking for! The owner was so kind and provided food in the fridge prior to my arrival. (He even bought me soy milk and tofu since I'm a vegatarian). Birds singing all day, beautiful fruit trees, and a short work and a fun little town. Was going to visit Cordoba from the house but it was so relaxing I couldn't pull myself away. Left feeling very happy and uplifted.

Excellent Stay
This is a gem of a property and it does exactly what it says on the information. The walk into the village is about 10-15 minutes along a well lit road at night and not much traffic during the day. From there it is easy to get in Seville on the bus. There is an excellent restaurant in the village which does superb Iberian pork. The pool and property were all fantastic and Alfonso could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Thank you!!!

Rural and convenient for Seville
The property is as described and as commented on by others. It is very suitable for families with lots of open space, a pool which even in (early) October was swimmable, and outside tables and chairs galore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this private place which is very convenient for Seville and other cities. The local village is full of character and characters, narrow streets, very narrow, and good coffee alcohol and smiles .. We visited Ronda Cordoba Cadiz and Seville easily from here in the six days we visited. A great stay. Thanks.

Lovely peaceful trip
My friends and I rented the house for a long weekend and enjoyed a lovely peaceful stay. The house is well equipped with everything you need and the fresh oranges from the trees were delicious. The village is a short walk away with a supermarket and some nice bars and restaurants. Alfonso was only a whatsapp away with any questions we had. I hope we can return!

Un magnifique séjour chez Alfonso et César, Un havre de paix entre citronniers et orangers à 20 minutes du centre ville en voiture qui contre balance la festivité de la Feria. La maison et ses services sont au top. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Des attentions comme nous déposer à l'aéroport , des aliments dans les placards, la disponibilité des propriétaires, des jeux sur place, la piscine, tout a été parfait.

Eine sehr gute Wahl für Sevilla, aber nur mit Auto
In dieser Unterkunft von insgesamt 4 sind wir als einzige persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen worden. Außerdem hat der Vermieter Lebensmittel bereits vorbereitet, so daß man mindestens 1-2 Tage ohne Einkauf auskommen kann. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb, so daß Geräusche und Gerüche der Landwirtschaft entstehen können und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel eingeschränkt ist. Dafür hat man natürlich die Ruhe des Landes ohne den Stadtlärm. Außerdem ist der Flughafen nicht weit entfernt und ein bisschen zu hören. Das einzige Manko für uns war das etwas schmale Bett für 2 Personen (ich bin leider etwas fülliger). Der große Garten mit Pool ist natürlich auch sehr angenehm, obwohl mir das Wasser im November doch zu kalt war, auch wenn es draußen noch 27 ° C hatte.

Endroit parfait pour combiner visites et détente en famille
Propriété idéale pour visiter en famille Séville, Cordoue et les alentours. Très proche de Séville (on y allait directement avec nos vélos), avec toutes les commodités pour se relaxer après les visites. Grand jardin avec piscine, plusieurs coins repas, BBQ etc. La maison convient très bien pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Très bon accueil de la part d'Alfonso. Seuls petits bémols: les alentours direct de la propriété (mais ils sont vite oubliés une fois passé le portail) et certains mobiliers de jardin qui mériteraient d'être renouvelés.

heerlijk koel ruim huis met veel privacy én een prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad
zeer prettige persoonlijke ontvangst met een fles wijn op tafel en wat andere lekkere hapjes, én goede bedden,~én een goed uitgeruste keuken én een gezellige sfeer....soms wat last van de vliegtuigen, als de opstijgbaan onze kant uit was, maar was goed te doen: er stond zóveel tegenover immers!

Fijn verblijf, met gastvrije host
Mooi huisje. Ondanks dichtbij het vliegveld, midden in de rust. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt, al is de omvang wel gericht op buitenleven (wat past in de buurt / het klimaat). De tuin biedt daar alle ruimte voor. Als je kinderen hebt, die willen zwemmen, informeer dan vooraf even naar in welke periode dat kan.

Ruim, rustig en uitstekende ontvangst
Ligging buiten Sevilla, vlakbij het vliegveld. Zeer ruime mooie tuin met zwembad...niet verwarmd. Eenvoudig, maar knus en echt volledig ingericht. Warme ontvangst door verhuurder met boodschappen voor de eerst volgende dag. Echt goed. Wij hadden geen auto, dus gebruik gemaakt van bus naar Sevilla. Geen parkeerproblemen dus. Wel een stevige wandeling naar de bushalte....ruim 1 km en dat bij 30 graden. In het dorpje kan je alle dagelijkse boodschappen kopen in kleine winkeltjes. Wel even zoeken, want je loopt er zo aan voorbij. Het dorp heeft een uitstekend restaurant "Juan". Verder is er weinig te doen. Geen wandel of fietsgebied. Als je rust zoekt met af en toe een enerverende uitstap naar Sevilla....geweldige lokatie. Vliegverkeer soms wel aanwezig, maar niet echt storend. Wellicht ook een goede locatie om met de auto Andalusië te verkennen. Het huisje voelde voor ons echt thuis. Volledig en schoon.

Aangenaam verblijf
Woning is simpel maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Alfonso en Cesar waren zeer vriendelijk en zorgen voor een warm welkom met kleine boodschapjes voor de eerste dagen. Heel attent van ze! Ook brachten ze meerdere malen naar het busstation zodat we niet hoefde te lopen. Erg vriendelijke mensen!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans la location d Alfonso et César. Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. Tout est fait pour que l on se sente comme chez soi. Alfonso et César ont pensé à tout, il ne manque rien (nourriture à notre arrivée, crème solaire, bouées gonflées, répulsif moustique...) La piscine et le parc sont très relaxants après une journée de visite de Séville (15 min en voiture). Proche de l aéroport mais sans les nuisances. Le seul point négatif : ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps. Vivement notre prochain séjour dans cette location. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Petite maison confortable avec grand jardin et piscine
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Alfonso et Cesar. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. Il faisait très chaud quand nous y étions, et la climatisation de la maison nous a permis de bien dormir. Alfonso et Cesar sont très attentionnés et veillent à ce que tout se passe bien.

Tanto la bonita casa muy limpia y practica como el magnifico jardin de naranjos y limones y la piscina nos encantaron. Gracias por los productos dejados por el proprietario. Lugar excelente para descansar despues de las visitas a Sevilla. Los pavos reales son lindisimos; si tiene sueño ligero mejor utilizar tapones de orejas por las noches porque en periodo de zelo ( primavera ) los machos llaman a las hembras incluso de noche. Si volvemos a Sevilla segura que escageremos este lugar encantador. Ademas el restaurante El Buho hace una cocina excelente !!!

Vivienda muy recomendable.
Sólo puedo dar las gracias por los días que hemos pasado. La casa es acogedora, cuidada y decorada con gusto. Al llegar y abrir la puerta de repente te encuentras con una finca rodeada de verde, árboles frutales y una piscina que por la noche al encenderla es impresionante. Levantarte y desayunar en el jardín escuchando pajaritos, te hace sentir en casa aunque no seas de Sevilla. Alfonso y César encantadores, al llegar al mediodía nos tenían preparado un refrigerio por si queríamos tomar algo. Cuenta con libro de visitas y libro de explicaciones de dónde poder hacer compra, farmacia, veterinario... Nuestra estancia ha sido inmejorable. Volveremos sin duda y recomiendo a todo el que quiera sentirse relajado y en casa ésta casita de encanto. Gracias César y Alfonso!

Comme à la maison
Arriver chez Alfonso, c'est comme arriver chez son cousin, on se sent tout de suite à la maison ! Tout est prêt pour profiter tout de suite. Les bouées gonflées au pied de la piscine, le gel douche dans la salle de bain, l'huile d'olive et les épices au coin du plan de travail et même quelques courses faites par son frère pour nous éviter de courir de suite le supermercado. L'accueil est parfait, une très bonne communication via WhatsApp en anglais et en espagnol de visu, l'essentiel des informations était là. Si vous vous inquiétez de la proximité de l'aéroport, aucune nuisance sonore mais au contraire un accès facile à la circulation pour decouvrir la région. Et tout autant de plaisir à revenir le soir profiter du magnifique jardin qui aura nourri nos petits déjeuners. Vraiment que de bons souvenirs dans cette location.

Han sido unos días estupendos, de los que hemos disfrutado con nuestros perros los cuales se lo han pasado genial y con total tranquilidad. La piscina estupenda y para los que nos gusta la naturaleza es muy relajante escuchar la naturaleza tan cerca de la ciudad. En cuanto a la casa, pequeñita pero suficiente y muy coqueta. Por poner alguna pega pero que entiendo que es normal en el campo es que me vine con algunas picaduras de arañas. Solo tened la precaución de llevarse algo para eso

Gracias por vuestras consideraciones. En cuanto a las picaduras, nosotros desinsectamos continuamente pero el campo es el campo y con estas temperaturas es muy posible que el efecto del tratamiento duro pocos días. Saludos y cuidaros

Muy acogedor!!
El sitio es estupendo. Cercano a Sevilla, propietarios muy amables cuidando en detalle que la estancia se lo más agradable posible. Totalmente recomendable para ir en familia y con animales.
