The space
Spacious apartment with a capacity of up to 8 people, featuring two separate living areas, which offers independence if needed.
Located on the top floor of the Casa Palacio Gandesa, accessed via a private elevator, or stairs if preferred.

In the first area, you’ll find the fully furnished kitchen-dining room, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Living room with a two-seater sofa bed. Smart TV in the living room. The table can be converted into a large dining table.

From the living room, you access a beautiful private terrace, furnished for you to relax at the end of the day or start the morning with a good breakfast while enjoying the wonderful views of the pool and the beautiful rooftops of Seville. The terrace has very special nighttime lighting, which will make you fall in love with it!

In this area, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom. Smart TV in the bedroom.

We move on to the second area, where there is a small kitchen next to the dining-living room.

The dining-living room has a table and chairs for 4 and a two-seater sofa bed. Smart TV.
In this area, there is a bedroom with a king-size double bed.
This area has a private bathroom with a shower.

In the patio, there is a Roman-style pool. Beautiful and wonderful for relaxing after a long day of visiting this beautiful city.
We have nearby parking available for an extra daily cost of 20 euros. It's about a 10-minute walk away, and easily accessible. Driving in the center’s streets can be complicated because they are historic and narrow streets, so we recommend parking and walking to the accommodation. Once the car is parked, you won’t need it again, as Casa Palacio Gandesa’s location is unbeatable.
The location is perfect, right in the center of Seville’s heart. The Alcázar and Cathedral are 400 meters away. All the monuments and tourist attractions are nearby and can be visited on foot.
Additionally, the area is full of wonderful bars and restaurants, offering typical Spanish and international cuisine.
However, you have the privilege of being on a private street, with only the neighbors passing through, so it is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Seville's center. Without a doubt, a real luxury for relaxation in a city that never sleeps!

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. However, if you arrive before the set time and early check-in is possible, we will be happy to help you start enjoying Seville as soon as possible!
Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. but, whenever possible, if no new guests are arriving that day, you can leave your luggage in the apartment if you have a later flight. If that is not possible, we will help you find the nearest locker.
