Cozy 2BD apartment in Arenal. Santas Patronas II

Exclusive apartment located in a historic building that has been completely renovated without losing part of its essence. It is located on Calle Santa Patrona a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Torre del Oro.

Entering the apartment we find the very bright living-dining room that has a comfortable sofa, a dining table with capacity for up to four people, two armchairs, a side table and a balcony with exterior views. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has all the necessary utensils.

At the bottom right we find the corridor, which distributes the different rooms of the apartment, to the right of this we find the first room with two 90x190 single beds, a large closet and a large window, continuing along the corridor we find the second bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and complete bathroom with shower en suite. Finally, at the end of the corridor we find the second complete bathroom with shower.

The area of the apartment is magnificent, walking we can reach all the main monuments of the city in a few minutes. In the same area you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars of the city, small and large shops.

Great location, funny smells, a little worn down

Cute little apartment within walking distance to many of the top tourist attractions. Furniture seems a little worn down though, mattress in master needs replacing. Master bath had an odd smell as well, as if a cat had lived there at one time. Had to buy air fresheners at the local market to mask it.Great location, but just needs some freshening up of furniture and the odor problem fixed.
