Great hotel, great location. Definitely recommend if you go to Seville. Close to everything and the view from my room was great. The rooftop is also really nice

Cleanliness and location were big plus points. Disappointing check in process as they had not charged my card at time of booking (which should have happened) so by the time I arrived the card had expired. Luckily this was resolved but caused some anxiety as I was travelling solo. A WhatsApp message had been sent a month earlier from an Indian phone associated to an Indian charity asking me to click links and verify payment. I took this to be fraudulent so asked the hotel directly on the Hotels.com platform if it was legitimate but they never responded. Seemed dodgy and believe Expedia customer info has been hacked and leaked so despite the good stay I have been put off by the lack of response from the hotel and challenges with delayed payment and then checking in

Excelente localização. Perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Não precisei de utilizar transporte para visitaria pontos turísticos. Recomendo.

La estadía ha estado bien. La ubicación es excelente. Lo único que durante la estadía había mucho olor a cloaca. Luego de esto, volvería a reservar en el mismo lugar.

Ottima posizione

stanze piccolissime e con poco arredo, molto minimali, la stanza che abbiamo preso affacciava con una piccola finestra nel vano ascensore, praticamente luce naturale zero. Manca l'impianto antincendio, non so se obbligatorio in Spagna. Il check in è in autonomia on line, compreso l'accesso con codici all'ingresso principale e alla camera assegnata in quanto la reception è attiva solo dalle 10 alle 17 (ma per coincidenza mai vista aperta...} In compenso c'è da dire che abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e non hanno mai lesinato sulle biancheria. Infine quello che non ha prezzo è la posizione geografica. Essere al centro di fronte alla cattedrale ha un valore impagabile visto che Siviglia si gira bene a piedi.

Bon emplacement mais extrêmement bruyant

Hôtel impersonnel, pas de réception, problème avec la réservation et aucun effort pour le résoudre, Correspondant très mal aimable. De plus beaucoup de bruit car pas d’isolation. La machinerie de l’ascenseur est très bruyante.

Perfecto, mejor de lo esperado

Muy céntrico. Teníamos dudas si era ese portal, en el cartel no aparecía el nombre del hostal solo la placa de hostal. Pensamos que igual el ayuntamiento solo les deja poner así la placa. Cuando volvamos a Sevilla seguro que repetimos

Imposible dormir

Muchísimo ruido , imposible dormir . Las puertas del balcón no cierran bien y las persianas no cierran del todo porque tropiezan con el aparato exterior del aire acondicionado . Toda la noche ruido del tranvía , gente hablando , servicio de limpieza , etc . No pudimos dormir en cuatro noches . Las toallas no la cambiaron . Lo único bueno es que es muy céntrico . Otro gran incoveniente es el corto horario de recepción ( 10 a 17 ) .

Un sitio excelente y en buen sitio

Pasé tres noches y no tuve ninguna queja, tal vez el pequeño detalle de que una de las persianas estaba estropeada y filtraba un poco de luz al amanecer y por las noches , el servicio muy bueno y atento , el primer dia cuando llegue dejé las cosas en recepción y me dijerón que la habitación estaria sobre las 3 de la tarde pero me llamaron antes de las 2 para decirme que y aestaba lista la habitación y cuando pedi un pequeño favor de que me dejaran unas bolsas pequeñas de basura para poder guardar la ropa sucia y no mezclarla con la limpia me las dejaron en la habitación sin ningun problema, por mi parte estuve encantado y si es posible volvere a repetir en el alojamiento

I enjoyed that the was in a very central location. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Room was cleaned daily and staff was very polite and helpful with whatever request. Will stay there again without any hesitation.

Não dormi quase a noite toda ao barulho do metro

Local excelente para passeios, mais muito barulho a noite, pois passa metro de superficie em frete a noite toda, para que tem sono leve não aconselho.
