You can find a better place for less money.
This was my third hotel on this trip, the most expensive and also the most disappointing one. I'll start with the good: the location is great. Quiet street and right next to Alcazar. Also, the TV has English channels on it. Unfortunately that's the only good thing about it: the room is tiny, one of the towels in the bathroom was clearly used (could tell from the texture of it) and had stains on it. The gray bedspreads had graysh oil stains on it and I wasn't sure they were washed. I could hear neighbor showering and snoring in the next room. The bath cabin door didn't close and the bathroom flooded, so I only showered once. Water didn't drain properly and the room was smelling like a sewage the entire time. Airco kept blowing cold air even after I switched it off and my son's bed didn't have a blanket on, only a bedsheet, I had to ask for it the next day. Single bed had double bed sheets and blankets covers on it because they didn't bother to buy a single one, so after 1 hour of sleeping on it, it became a total mess. What else....oh, yes. We arrived very late at night and wanted to rest in the morning ( I travelled with 2 kids). So, after the room service came to knock on our door, I told them we didn't need it. Soon he came and ask me to go down to check -in. A few minutes later somebody from the reception came to ask the same thing. We booked for 2 nights so I don't get what was the rush. Price- over 100$ a night. You can get a better deal!

Amazing stay
I couldn't thank them enough for the wonderful stay we had at this hotel. Special mention to Virginia who was very helpful and accomodating. We had a room were the roof top was and it was amazing. After our a long day wandering around town you can just sit and relax at the rooftop.The location is superb as its right next to the Alcazar. I can highly recommend this hotel. I am definitely coming back and stay at this hotel

Location was more than incredible. When you turn left you see the walls of the Real Alcazar Palace.However there is no breakfast room and the breakfast was served in a box to the room . The lady at the reception was very helpful. Overall great hotel

The location was fabulous- right next to Alcazar and the cathedral. Lots of restaurants and very near the Hop on Hop off bus and river. The staff was very helpful and courteous. When we arrived in our room, the small fridge and bedside table lamp was covered in layers of dust. The bathrrom was clean, but had no shelf in shower for personals and the shower handle would not stay in place. Had to be held at all times or water would squirt all over the bathroom. Was very difficult to take a shower as the shower was open in the back. Noise on the street was somewhat bothersome.

One night stay. Beds were very comfortable. Check-in only available until 9pm and no after hours staff. We were able to store our bags for the day while we walked around the city, great location very close to the Real Alcazar.

Good but Short Sheeted
Excellent location. Room was very nice with a shared terrace. Just 2 problems in the room: 1) the heating unit was somewhat loud when it went on; 2) the bottom sheet on the bed did not go far enough around the mattress so that when you rolled over during the night, you found yourself partially on the bare mattress — it just did not feel that sanitary..

Great location. Room was TINY though - had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. Also, noise really travelled, so if anybody was talking in the lobby I could hear every word, and doors slammed shut, which woke me up several times when other guests came back late.

This is small hotel in a perfect location of Seville. It can be tricky for taxi and Uber to located it, but that's not really a complaint, it's just a fact. The room was nice and quite.

Location is great, but the staff need a course in customer service. On checking in we were told there was only a single available, this after booking and having confirmation from Hotels.com,2 months previously and having had a confirmation from the hotel itself 2 days before our arrival that we would have a double.After some messing about they found us a twin, adequate but not what I booked. Having only one glass in the room,I went to reception for another only to be told that the shelf full of glasses behind the reception were for the staff only and was then offered a polystyrene cup instead! On asking for an iron and ironing board, “sorry we only have an iron but no ironing board”!!Surely a necessity when you have travelling customers.After reading some of the reviews regarding soap in the bathroom and having to step into the shower to get soap to wash your hands. Clearly no one from the hotel reads the reviews as these go back a couple of years.All in all Seville is a beautiful city, we enjoyed our visit immensely and I just hope that the hotel will read this( not holding my breath) and train their staff in customer service.

The location is perfect except that no parking nearby. The facility is mediocre but the staff is very friendly and the cathedral and alcazar and historic center is literally just outside the door. Great place for the low price

Best pillows and mattresses
I am a bit fussy when it comes to pillows and beds. This little hotel had the best of both, memory foam comfort every night. All our basic needs were met very adequately but I must commend the hotel for its very good pillows and mattresses. It is also just a few steps away from the Alcazar and Cathedral, close to many restaurants, bars, the river and the airport shuttle bus stop.

Amazing location - literally a few minutes walk from the cathedral and Giralda. The Alcazar is basically on the doorstep! The room was really small for three people but it was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were really helpful and friendly too. The only problem we found was that we could hear lots of hotel noises at night so was hard to get to sleep. Apart from that would definitely recommend!

The location is fantastic. Otherwise the hotel is not good. The room was really cramped. I am used to smaller rooms in Europe than North America, but there was barely room to open one suitcase on the floor. The beds are ok, but the sheets weren’t changed once during our stay. We think anyway; on our third evening we pulled the sheet back to find a huge black hair ball. We don’t have black hair. The floor wasn’t swept so by day three if we walked around in bare feet they would get covered in dust. There was no soap provided except what was in the dispensers in the shower. I guess they expect people to step over the toilet and squeeze their way into the shower to wash their hands. We asked for a bar of soap and they gave us a small one. It was the only one we were given during our stay. If the hotel had been cheaper we wouldn’t have cared as much, but it was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our 3 week, 5 stop vacation in Spain. All our other hotels had fantastic rooms, amazing service and perfect location, and were cheaper. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Rooms small but clean and met our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located just steps from Alcazar which is good and bad. Walking around and sightseeing was great, getting to and from the hotel with luggage was extremely difficult. Good if by train bad by car. My advice if traveling around Spain by car skip Seville entirely.

Air Conditioner did not work. It does not work with remote control. Kept on first blow hot air then freezing cold air. Tired to turn off air condition but no avail.

The location was spot on, close to everything. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The room was a squeeze but wasn’t an issue as in a city we are barely in our room anyway. The air con was a bit temperamental. Other people showering/flushing toilet was really loud in our room.

This hotel is beside the cathedral, great location to many restaurants, shops, and vending machines for water, soda, coffee, etc. comfortable beds, The reception isn't available during the night but luckily we did not have any issues. It is noisy which is common in a central location , so I recommend an app on your phone for "white noise".

An outstanding central location
The hotel location is amazing. Beside the palace and a block from the cathedral. Right in the middle of everything. We had a very quick and friendly reception. There are many good restaurants nearby in the commercial area and the adjacent neighbourhood of Santa Cruz. We walked everywhere and had some great tapas and meals. The only drawback for the room was we heard a lot of the horse carriages wall day from early til after dark. We were in a front room and it was a little noisy. Not something I would change rooms for, but the early and late traffic was what I remember.
