Located very close to all the sights in Seville. However the apartment is on multiple levels with many stairs. Also the beds were very hard and not comfortable.

Beautiful property in prime sightseeing area

This charming property is right next to the wall of the Alcázar gardens. You climb one flight of stairs to reach two bedrooms (one with an en suite bath); climb another flight, and you’re at the living-dining-kitchen area (with another bathroom); one more flight to the “penthouse” bedroom (again with its own bathroom!) and balcony. Impeccably clean, well situated, with excellent views.

Absolutely loved Seville and Holi-Rent Pimienta. The location was perfect and the rooftop was a dream. Loved being able to see the cathedral tower at night and hear the bells in the morning. Comfortable beds and good shower. Not good if you have trouble with steps. Lots of stairs but we loved the house! We did not want to leave.

really the perfect place to stay in Sevilla

the apartment was really in the middle of the best part of Sevilla if you are exploring it for the first time like we were. we were surrounded by great restaurants and shops and close to the park and the cathedral. there were air conditioning units in every bedroom which came in handy and the outdoor patios (two) had spectacular views. the hosts were very quick to communicate back to us when we had any questions. There is a little walk you have to make to the apartment from where a taxi can drop you off . also the apartment consists of three floors

Long October Weekend

A lovely, well located property. The stairs gave us a good workout! A bathroom for each bedroom was great, we only needed two bedrooms. It wasn't obvious from the listing that the twin room bathroom wasn't en suite, this meant that there were a couple of floors between myself and my fourteen year old niece, which wasn't entirely ideal. Terrace stairs were slightly scary, I can see why this property isn't suitable for young children. The front door lock was a bit temperamental which made it sometimes difficult to get in and out. Some cushions for the terrace furniture would have been great for the sunny days. Otherwise, the property was fabulous. A great space and well located.
