Excellent.communication.via.emails before arrival.eg: direction to accommodation. Accommodating: i had a.little accident broke the lampshade.They were very understanding, no fuss! Receptionsts: Fatima +Nathalia communicate well in English. Thank you to the.housekeeper who daily cleaned our room,supplied us with bottles of gel and beverages;coffee +tea. Lovely shower with hot- water. Nice to sit in the courtyard. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get.good. A.good Lidil nearby. Used of fridge +microvave. Hostal is 25 mins walk.to.center. Bus + metro to center. We did not use public transport. Preffered to walk. We stayed 5 nights.

Clean, good service and great location close to metro station gran plaza, very convenient, 25 min walk to downtown, bus 32 in the corner from Setas of Spain monument. Really peaceful place, easy parking along the street and full of cafeterias to eat! I will comeback for sure ;)

Five Minutes From the City Center
Just two subway stops, and five minutes on mass transit, saved me 50% off the price of a fantastic room. The bathroom was four star quality.

Fatima and Rocio are great hosts. They are very kind and helpful, they provided tips to go around and not to spend too much. The location is great, walking distance to the subway. I parked my car on the street where they assured me it was safe and I used public transit all the time; it was very good. And the room was not only clean but very spacious, I had everything I could have needed.

The hostal/hotel is well kept. The rooms are basic but very clean and cozy. The hostal is steps away from the metro station and bus stop. Very conveniet for walking to city center or other transport if preferred

Overnight stay
In a great area not far from train station and close to the metro. Quiet street. Room clean and nice hot shower and good wifi. Helpful information on arrival about getting around.

Great hostel close to public transport. More like a budget hotel. Staff were very friendly and eager to help with a city map and information on sites to see. Kettle, coffee, and tea provided in the room. Would recommend to friends.

Older building. 4 handicap rooms, the rest are up a flight of stairs. One block to metro & bus. Super nice staff!! Nice little front patio to bring back a little supper snack. Room smallish, bathroom biggish. Daily maid service. I would happily stay here again

Very comfortable. Cleverly designed rooms
This is a very nice place to stay. Reasonably priced and quiet. There are three grocery stores just steps away, and the metro is a two minute walk from hotel. The metro takes you to the heart of the main attractions within ten minutes or so and it is a nice 20-30 minute walk if you wish. The room we had was very quiet and the bed was like a temper pedic bed which coforms to your body. The pillows were similar. The best sleep I had in Spain! The room wasa little small, but so cleverly designed with hooks, racks cubboards and drawers for everything so great use of space without a cramped feeling. The staff was very nice and very helpful

Excellent hostel near train station
Was just the perfect place for a short stay safe and conveniently located near bus, metro and very close to train station. Very clean well decorated, the room was not large but comfortable with a good bed and an impeccable bathroom. The staff was super nice and helped us get to where we needed to go. Good English speaking. Would stay there again.

Great value and convenience
Great place to stay for accessing touristy things by train. Only three or four stops on very clean and efficient service. Local area was great for a chance to get away from tourists and enjoy genuine Spanish cafes etc.

Nice, small hotel, in non touristy area
We had a pleasant stay here in late April 2016. Located just 10-15 minutes metro ride from the historic centre, this is a small hotel, in a non touristy area of Seville. The room is small, the bathroom decent size, everything very clean. Good internet connection, no fridge in the room, air conditioning. Staff very helpful. Vending machine in the lobby. The hotel has a small patio, with 2 tables, very pleasant for your morning coffee. Metro station just 1 minutes away. Several restaurants nearby, frequented by locals, very convenient for breakfast or dinner. Supercor Express (grocery store) 3 minutes away (they don't sell alcohol after 10). If you arrive in Seville by bus, it is easier to take a taxi to the hotel. After this, a 10 trip metro card (can be reloaded if needed, and can be shared by several people who ride together) is the best way to get to the main sights.

Great location for city centre access.
Basic hostal, clean comfortable room with shower. No breakfast facilities, just a kettle in room. There is however a Lidl round the corner for tea and milk :-)). Local bars for breakfast/drinks if required, but as it is a two minute walk from hostal to Gran Plaza metro station for seven minute ride into city centre, better to get breakfast in city before a day's exploring.

I like Hotel San Vicente II
Pedro is wonderful. He is always smiling and asking if he can help. The room is small, but for the price and location, it is worth it. The supermarket is only 2 minutes of walk, the metro is 1 minute and the airport bus is 10 minutes. We like him and the family. The other travellers are very quiet. I have no complaint only compliments.

We had to phone to ask for directions and the staff were very helpful. They even called back a few minutes later to check we were okay! The reception was warm and friendly and check in was quick. Our room was lovely, beautifully clean and compact. there were even tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is unheard of in Spain! We walked to a restaurant for dinner and there were shops nearby, as is the Metro should anyone want to go into Seville town. We had a great night's sleep - bed and pillows very comfortable. It took about 10- 15 minutes to drive the easy route to Seville Airport. Can certainly recommend this lovely town house hotel.

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones y la comodidad de la cama, además del trato de la chica que me recibió. No me gustó el olor que salia del baño y quizas que la tarifa fuera un poco alta para no estar muy cerca del centro.

普通の住宅をホテルにしているので最初は場所がわかりにくいかもしれません。ただ部屋は問題なく、そこそこ広いです。バスルームも広く、立地もメトロから近いので非常に便利です。
