Charming and friendly hotel in Seville old town

Really happy with my stay. The hotel has a historic style and is beautiful, my room was quiet, spacious and comfortable and was excellent value. The receptionists I spoke to were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - not far from the airport and walking distance to all of the places I wanted to go. I will definitely be staying here again!

Grand stay

Arrived during a thunderstorm and our front office host was most charming and carried our large bags up to the second floor. The property itself has a great history and authenticity and stands apart from a new build hotel which is what we sought but it could do with a bit of an upgrade. Loved the ambience and the open courtyards but unfortunately the weather was not conducive to just lounging around and enjoying the peacefulness of the open areas and verandas. Breakfast was enjoyable and there are plenty of dining opportunities nearby as there are none at this property. In the old city and within easy walking distance of most attractions. Would stay again.

It was a lovely, dreamy, magical stay at the heart of the old city. We loved the character of the place, the friendliness of the staff, the room (room number 4), the lovely shops and bars nearby, and the great historic places next to it. The patios are a haven to rest and relax, you can enjoy the sun at the terrace, and it is simply the perfect escapade for a taste of XVII Seville.

Beautiful hotel, but too far from everywhere. Ants everywhere, the shower could flood the room due to poor bathroom design. We wiped the floor of the room! As it was flooded!

Authentic andalucian interior . The patios are very enjoyable. Magnificent original from 16th century tiled staircase. Great location. Reasonable breakfast. We occupied two rooms. One room was in two levels and private roof terrace. All good but the stairs to the second level and the terrace for some people might be very chalenging. Luckily our party had fit people. No elevator on the property. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the stay.

The hotel could have taken care their old furnitures…the bed was noisy; I got cut from the broken glass which was not properly cleaned and hidden in the floor gap; no toilet brush…it is a very interesting and different than the normal hotels, staffs are friendly and helpful .
