Agradecemos que se haya tomado su tiempo en valorarnos, aunque por la puntuación que nos ha dado, la estancia con nosotros no cumplió sus expectativas, lo sentimos por ello. Nos gustaría añadir, que el problema que tuvimos con el wifi, fue algo puntual que se solucionó, aun así, nos disculpamos de nuevo. Por otro lado, respecto al AC, utilizamos un sistema de aire centralizado (el usado por la mayoría de hoteles) el cual según la estación y clima exterior, se activa frío/calor, a partir de ahí, nuestros huéspedes pueden hacer un libre uso del mismo desde la habitación. Ruego nos disculpe en cualquier inconveniente ocasionado y le invito a que vuelva a hospedarse con nosotros para así poder ofrecerle una estancia tan satisfactoria como la que disfrutan el resto de nuestros huéspedes.
